It looks good. The swelling varies from person to person and even in best of cases lingers for 2 months. You are middle aged so might take a bit more. Please include the forehead in next pics.

The swelling can be hard to deal with. I had jaw and cheek implants a few years ago and I'd say it took around 6 months to look anything like normal. Hang in there, it'll subside. Just think of how the muscle etc had to be removed from the bone and all the trauma that's caused and you'll see that 4 weeks to repair that damage is actually quite a short amount of time. Also people with thicker skin will take longer fro the swelling to resolve.

Is the brow bone implant made only with and eye incision or is there incision at the hair line as well?

Well 1 week post & hardest thing is SITTING AROUND" BRUISING & SWELLING GOING DOWN " LUCKILY I CAN EAT PRETTY GOOD, SO U MUST BE PREPARED AFTER SURG TO TAKE IT SLOW CAUSE U COULD INJURE YOURSELF & COMPLICATE YOUR RECOVERY SO REM TO TAKE SLOW
