My overall experience has been wonderful. I fly in from Minnesota to see Dr. Ort for TCA CROSS for my ice pick scars. I have noticed a slight improvement in my scars already and while it takes 3-6 treatments, I am on my third. Studies say that CROSS can have excellent results with ice pick scars, which most lasers and fillers can't improve. Each visit he, the receptionist, and the nurses have been accommodating, professional, helpful, and very knowledgable. He knows a lot about different types of scars, and what treatments work best for each individual scar type. He also has recommended a laser for the broken capillaries on my nose, and treated them right on the spot, I have been hating those veins for years! I will put some before and after pictures up after I have gone through all 6 treatments.
