It's been 5 months now. I have been experiencing some slight twinges mid abdomen. I wonder if it's just the nerves "reconnecting." I have a thicker layer of fat than i want, so I am considering lipo sometime next year if I don't see any changes via my fitness and eating regimens.

You look so fit and I just love your shape. Did your dog ear resolve? Also I heard you could do some simple laser treatment if your bb still looks dark to you. I think you look amazing!

Thank you! I still have a tiny dog ear that I plan on getting fixed next month. I think my bb is getting lighter or I'm just getting use to it now lol.

You look amazing.. did u get any swelling just on top of incision. Im 6 weeks and feel like swelling isnt going.. happy healing.. u go girl looking awesome

Thank you! Yes I did have swelling. But now I'm not sure if it is still swelling or if it is just a layer of fat left over. I plan on asking next month at my 6 month post op appt.

Still loving the results. Wish I would have had lipo of the flanks now, but I'm continuing to work out hard, mostly weight lifting with a little cardio.
