Weeks 4 was this monday August 6,2012.. I am loving my results everyday more and more everyday. Working out is making me feel great, I do not swell too bad after working out! Im a yound mother of 2 kids 24 yrs old and just beginning life. I plan on living life to the fullest now that my confidence has sky rocketed high! I have begun tracking my calories of what i eat daily, and my workouts! Guys I have used a website for quite some years now called sparkpeople.com they have cell phone aps an easy way to track your food on the go as well. this will help you maintain your figure or help you loose some lbs. Soooo, today was my one month post op visit(im 5 weeks) and the PS was so content with how my results have turned out. No complications, no seromas, no infection, etc. I of course told him i am satisfied with how im looking and how my scar is so far. I am still a little swollen but that is to be expected because it can take up to 6 months to see my final results! He weighed me which I was not expecting since i am still swollen, and i have lost 13lbs since the surgery morning!! Keep in mind i just started working out a week ago at 4 weeks! I got the ok to do sit ups or any kind of exercise just listen to my body and not push myself too much. I am very pleased and would recommend my PS to anybody.
