Hello to all u gorgeous ladies! I'm a mother of 2 a 4yr.girl and almost 2yr.boy.I have an amazing husband who supports me in n e thing and everything. Life is great except for all the gross skin i have hanging from wat use to be a flat nice sexy tummy lol.well now that i have lost 50 lbs its time to get my sexy on n get a tummy tuck and lipo to the flanks.I'm super excited but need some help.i would love to get so input from some of u ladies on aftercare, what is a good workout routine before surgery and supplies. I'm open to all comments as long as it's helpful.
