bbl, arms, chin, breast augmentation and fat transfer to labia majora

The cost of surgery, tickets, car rental, Airbnb, food, gas, & medicines. I am not going to lie I did look better after my first bbl but I was as t satisfied on the nude because some asymmetry and flattened bottom area not filled as I asked for more of natural look I only got the more the top & hips. The hips were a bit unevenly distributed. You don’t see it at first but after 33% of fat is gone or I should say when the good fat starts forming its nest then you see what is the over all look. I did gain weight because I stopped working out because of shoulder & knee surgery. I looked weird where all the fat started growing in my inner thighs, arms and some on tummy areas. I told myself that I need to go for a second run of bbl 360. I tried with Dr. Williams but he left the clinic and went back to Dr. Digeronimo that did more for the price I was paying Dr. Williams. I did bbl, arms, chin, breast augmentation and fat transfer to labia majora.
As a result I ended up with more issues to fix. I did get the flat area filled on the bottom but the I got more fat in areas I didn’t need it and made it worse looking. I have fat necrosis in my private areas that I need to remove and my beast again uneven and I still have the empty pocket I want it to fix after the first exchange but I was satisfied after but felt like the empty packet need it to be filled but, I’m not an expert. I did mention it to Dr. Digeronimo but he decided to fill without any consideration of what bothered me the most of my breast. I wanted this to be my last procedure. Now, I need another fix, can any Board Certified of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery help me out here.???

I’m not completely convinced that I went for a revision/ upgrade from previous surgeries.
I had flat and uneven areas to cover & got this.
I got some on my tummy but in overall do I feel comfortable wearing a bathing suit nooo! I felt more comfortable after my tummy tuck. Now I have to find my last reconstruction surgeon in Florida where I live now. Can anyone fix these areas of concerns.

I attached some images to show my progress & improvement. I will be doing another projection on my bbl, inner thighs & lower back. I did do my inner thighs last minute for $800 more but it seems it needs a bit more work. So, in total i spent about 27,000-30,000 I'm including after surgery needs, meds, car rental, necessities, & Airbnb stay. Breast, tummy tuck & bbl well done separately. My inner thighs,bbl 360, full back all together.
