Today is the day!!!
I'm having a mini TT with lipo and a huge lipoma removed from the right side of my waist while they're at it! You can see the Lipoma in the front view picture.
I am extremely excited!! Not nervous one bit! It's been my dream to have a nice flat tight stomach for years! My two kids are now 18 and 19 years old so I've wanted this procedure for ever! I am 14% body fat, I weigh 135 and I'm 5"3'. I am a personal fitness trainer and I am a Crossfitter, it's going to be the hardest thing in the world for me to not be able to go to Crossfit for supposedly 8 weeks but I know I'm going to love my results and be able to wear just about anything without having to worry about my fat spilling over my pants. Today is Thursday and I need to be back training my clients in 5 days! I've already told them I can not lift their weights for them for a couple of months, I'm so used to handing everyone their weights and demonstrating but I know I can't do that. Everyone is fine with that of course, im just worried that if I tell one of them to do something and they don't understand, how can I show them if I can't demonstrate? Oh well I'll figure it out, lol!
I've included 3 pictures, the first two are me standing up obviously, and the third is me bending completely forward with my torso parallel to the ground which shows how lose my skin actually is. This is why when I go to the beach I can't take my clothes off unless I'm lying down, cause I actually think my "lay down body" is pretty decent lol
Ok 5 hours till surgery! I'll update later! Woohoo!

Good luck! I am a mom of 2 and have been crossfitting since 2010, had my full TT and muscle/hernia repair in April 2014 and I am stronger in the box now than I ever was. You'll be back in no time, don't rush it.

Wow thank you so much! I'm recovering right now in bed in so much pain I hope it goes fast! You're stronger in the box now than ever? Thank you for that! I know I'm gonna be dying that I can't go for the next 8 weeks!! But I'll listen to the doctors I want to heel the right way! Have a great night!

The pain is awful but hang in there each day gets better. Try and walk a little each day. Take your pain meds regularly this first week and take a still softener so you don't get constipated. I walked starting at 2 weeks, ran at 4 weeks and didn't go back to the gym til 8 weeks. It was tough though, I could barely do a push up at 8 weeks, but my procedure was way more invasive than yours. Let me know if you have any questions! The pain is so worth the awesome stomach you will have! ;)

Thank you'll, yea I take a stool softener every time I take a pain pill hopefully I won't get backed up! Wow so running at 4 weeks? Ok good to know that's very motivating!

Good luck with the surgery!! Hope everything goes well and you have s smooth recovery. Thank you for your post. My belly looks exactly like yours... I've been powerlifting for 9 months and love it. So as much as I'm excited to have surgery.. I can't imagine not lifting weights for months.

Yea but it's not like you're gonna stop lifting forever! Yikes! That would be a nightmare! My Crossfit coach said it would actually be good for my muscles to get a good long recovery and repair and also great for ligament repair so that's how I'm gonna look at it, then when im able to lift again I'll come back stronger then ever and I'll be able do squat cleans without wondering what everyone is thinking about all that fat hanging over my pants because when you're squatting low like that with 100+ pounds on that barbell, and you're trying to stand up, girl, that ain't pretty! Lol and I can not WAIT to to be rocking all the cute tight little shirts I'll be able to finally wear!! THATS what it's all about! We workout hard, we loose weight, our skin is never gonna look tight like when we were young, so we gotta do something to show for it! It's just body maintenance is what I call it! You have to maintain your house, your car, etc, why not maintain your body?!! Woohoo!!

Thank you! I think that as long as you relax and rest and do what the doctors say, the recovery will be much smoother. Also, being fit before surgery definitely helps too! I never heard of dr yily, but then again, I didn't do extensive research.

Hi my name is Chloe from the Germany, My husband and I have been through so many trials with family deaths and his illness, which changed us both. I was an unhappy and unappreciative wife. My husband left me for another woman. My relationship with the Lord suffered. His leaving was the worst thing that ever happened to me. One day while I was walking through the internet I saw a man named Dr. Ibolo, I contacted him he told me to just have confidence, hope, faith and courage as he continues with my spell work, in 2days my lost her husband came back. ... And now we are a happy family and his illness is no more, and I was pregnant a few days, and now we have a little boy ... Thanks to Dr. Ibolo, you can contact him at his email on (theangelsofsolution @ gmail.com) for help he told me that he is specialized on other issues; (1) requires your ex girlfriend back (2) wants a good job (3) want to have a good job post (4) For people to believe everything you say etc .. Thanks and be blessed once you can contact their emails on theangelsofsolution@gmail.com

Wow girl!! First off let me tell you your body is bangin in the before pictures! I understand the bending over and having that hanging going on... I'm going to have smart lipo tomorrow and I'm worried about my skin afterwards... I'm only 28 but I have been 240 pounds. I gained the weight very fast and lost it very fast as well and I have the same hanging when I bend over :( I really hope you keep us updated on your results because if your scar heals nicely Im definitely going to consider the same thing!!! Again you look fantastic!!

Omg you look amazing!! You achieved something that probably less than 1% of the population accomplishes. Losing that much weight and not just shrinking and keeping the same shape (something I call a slug) but your whole body composition changed as well which means you most definitely train with weights. That is something you should win a trophie for! Congratulations!! And good luck on your smart lipo, your body will probably do well with that considering your age. Keep us posted with after pics! I can't wait to see! Good luck! And I too will be posting weekly.

My boyfriend took these two pics after they drew all over my stomach I was so excited here! Now I'm home recovering, they put a drain in me which is fine and actually the most pain I'm feeling is from the lipoma they removed! I can't seem to walk straight it feels like it's pulling and also it feels wet on that undergarment they put on me and you can see slight pink blood coming through, so it's oozing but thank god I have a drain otherwise I'm sure I'd be soaked!

Increased urination is probably your body trying to get rid of the fluid/swelling. Happened to me too.
