Dr. Parbhu performed a ptosis repair on my left eye and bilateral upper blepharoplasty in her office. I was given 10 mg. Valium, an injection near the site, and the surgery took less than 1 1/2 hours. While operating, Dr. Parbhu asked me many questions about how she could find a trustworthy financial advisor (I had recently retired from the financial services industry). I tried to answer her questions, but found it disconcerting to be grilled for information while undergoing surgery.
The surgery was done very poorly. The incisions on my eyelids were placed well above the natural crease, the sutures were loopy and the suture material was thick, resulting in a very lumpy, bumpy line above both eyes. Multiple cysts developed on both eyelids.
The normal post-op course is one visit to remove the stitches, another visit in about 2 months to see the final result. Because of the lumps, bumps and swelling that wouldn't subside, I went back more often. Every time, she started the visit by asking me how she could find a financial advisor she could trust. Unbelievable! I gave her a name and phone number. When I observed that my eyes looked worse than before the surgery, she shrugged her shoulders and commented that at least the lid levels were more even. Again, unbelievable!
In October 2016, I had the blepharoplasty repaired by a well-respected, experienced plastic surgeon in Winter Park, FL for a fraction of the price charged by Dr. Parbhu. General anesthesia was included, and the result is fantastic. I'm very grateful to this surgeon for fixing the mess Dr. Parbhu had created.

Suffice it to say, there is no way I would ever recommend Dr. Keshini Parbhu based on my experience.
