Do you mind if I ask the cost of the procedure if that's allowed
It was $1800 done under local in the office. It was super easy!!
Awesome :) i went yesterday and scheduled for March 12th soooo excited :)
did you go to Rotatori?
I was just there today, the nurse Alma is super nice and very helpful!
Yes Dr Rotatori :) mine is the same procedure but the cost is $2400 I'm assuming because my implants are larger maybe or just the season lol... it was thanks to your post that I went to him thank you so much I know I won't be disappointed :)
Awesome!! Congrats!! Very easy procedure!!! So excited for you!!!
: ) thank you. I'm sure I'll get the nerve up to do before and after pics when it gets closer
I will be honest. Mine look pretty bad. Hopefully the skin retracts and if not then I may consider a lift in a couple of years.
Im sure especially being young your skin will retract nicely :) It all takes time..I will be a full C maybe D after my implants are removed. Im 44 and i know after 40 its a lot harder to retract the skin. Its definitely scary ....
Hi Florida3. I'm so happy for you. I live in the US Virgin Islands and looking for a great PS to remove this awful bags but I would have to travel. I have looked for Doctors in MD as well as FL since I have family in those States. Can you tell me if your PS had the capsules removed? did you do a lift? Will you be posting pics? God bless!
Hi! My capsules were really thin so they didn't need to be removed. I am going to give myself a couple of years to see how my breasts settle before considering a lift. The skin is already looking better :) You can always email the doctors office, or call and ask for Alma she is very helpful. I am so glad I went to this doctor. The whole procedure was super easy and I feel so much better.
I will give his office a call tomorrow. I'm so nervous about the procedure and choosing the right surgeon. Confused too about whether the capsule should be removed or not. Your quite is also a lot cheaper than what I've been quoted from doctors in MD. I just might simply explant like you did and see how the girls look after they heal. Thanks!
When I saw him he only removes the capsule if you have silicone implants because usually the implant bleeds silicone even if not ruptured. I'm sure it's something he could only decide after removing the silicone implant.
Hi treulove, my implants are silicone placed under the muscle. So he may very well remove the capsules based on what you are saying. Is he your ps? What are your thoughts on him?
Hi, Check out byebyeimplant. Her story is really good. She has posted pictures. Her last picture is 2 years post explant. She has amazing results.
I had the same doctor that put then it, take them out.. she only charged me $650.00.
Good luck tomorrow!!

I have the same story as everyone. I was young...
I have the same story as everyone. I was young and at 19 got breast implants. I asked for a natural C cup, but ended up a small D. Now 12 years later, the implants are causing back pain, and feel heavy. I am on the smaller side 5'5 and weigh 120 pounds. I am going to have Dr. Rotatori remove them. He is also going to do some internal lifting and stitching. I am super excited. :)

Hello, I'm also in florida and I pretty much have the same story as you. As well has height/weight/breast size. I am also wanting my implants removed. Did the dr you choose do the implants to begin with? What did he say you could expect from the results?
No, I went to Dr. Clark back in 2002. I did a consult with him a few weeks ago and wasn't that impressed. Dr. Clark indicated that I would have a great result and didn't need a lift. He didn't say anything negative, only good things.
Dr. R said I would be a little flat and pancake looking. He seemed more honest and walked me through the procedure step by step.
Sorry to hear about your back pain, but I'm glad you're on the road to getting your implants removed and hopefully feeling much better. Please keep us posted!
