Post-Op: Month 1
I'm coming up on one month post-op this week, and I've noticed the twins have dropped more since my last update and have definitely softened up. I'm keeping up with my massages and vitamin E. D&F, let's go!

Addendum to Week 2 Post-Op: Rashguards
For anyone living in hot weather that begs you to be in the sun ALL THE TIME, I highly recommend getting a rashguard for the beach/springs. Roxy and Billabong sell them (among other surf companies) and have a 50+ UPF so you can protect your assets. See photo =)
Post-Op: Week 2
Everything is going great. I haven't noticed them dropping so much as I've noticed them getting softer, but I know with time they'll be perfect. I've been doing my massages twice daily 10-15 mins each using BioOil.
I went to the gym today (even though I was advised to wait till the one-month mark). I couldn't help myself! I've missed the gym so much! I just kept it low-key, no weights, by doing an hour on the elliptical.
I got a new swimsuit! And sexy nighties! Shopping has never been so much fun!
