Still some swelling and my bottom did decrease significantly; however I think it's due to me sitting on it a lot! Even thought it went down, I'm still pleased.

Thanks for sharing your journey. I am thinking of doing this with Dr. Miles. Can you comment on the pain factor, and what it was like to have this done as local anasthesia rather than general? THanks!

the pain was very tolerable. as far as the anesthesia; I was in another dimension; I did not feel anything and i was unaware of timing.
