I got a pretty good deal on a laser treatment...
I got a pretty good deal on a laser treatment $750- she basically threw in the chest laser for me since I've been going to her for a long time. It was partially CO2, under my eyes and a strip down my neck and all over my chest - the rest was the Yerbium laser. It's been almost 2 full months, and no, I would not do it again.
My wrinkles are much worse specially around my eyes! The part that really bothered me the most where she applied the CO2 laser. I'm really bummed about that. I went back and had Botox three weeks later and it didn't help anything at all. I don't know if it's just me and my skin doesn't rebuild right but it's not rebuilding there at all.
The next thing that bothers me is that my sunspots never went away and are the same if not worse because I had to stop doing Obagi with the Retin-A cream. I've been using sunscreen like crazy including a base tinted moisturizer with dog 25 plus my make up has spf in as well and I also wear a hat if I know I'm going to be outside for a period of time.
Another thing that bothers me, is that my pores are still huge on my nose, I was assured that it would really help that too. Nope, still the same.
So, all in all, no, I would never have it done again! I healed very quickly which means I probably didn't get a very deep depth penetration laser. I did numb for an hour with numbing cream all over my face so it was not that invasive...hence the cost. But $750 is quite a lot of money and if I'm worse off then it was a huge mistake.
