Like many of us here, I've been considering plastic surgery for quite some time. Five years ago, we discovered a major surprise.... We were expecting, Twins! I work out religiously and have accepted, this may be as good as it gets on my own. So I'm excitedly and anxiously taking my journey to reclaiming my body!! I am actually scheduled for 2 separate procedures. My first procedure will be breast lift with implants. Once healed (approximately 6 weeks), I plan to have a full tummy tuck, Lipo to flanks, back, inner thigh with fat transfer to the buttocks. I am dreading that one! But super excited all the same! My husband is an amazing support and my older daughters are on board as well. So I know I'll be surrounded with love and encouragement as I recover!! Wow!! Can't believe this is happening!

Hi, It would be great to follow your story, I am having a tt and bl without implants mid April but am really struggling with the decision not to have implants, I am currently a DD and am worried they may be to small and I wont have upper fullness, but then worry if I get small implants they will need taking out in 10 or so years or will make me droop again! Op sorry enough about me, look forward to seeing your progress, do you know what size you are getting?

Awesome! Congrats! I am currently between a C and a D cup. I have gone back in forth with what size implant to go. I've decided 300cc, which should put me at a full DD or a bit more. For me, I knew I needed the lift with implants. I like the volume and fullness (especially in upper pole) that seem to mostly come from the implants, versus just the lift alone? I only assume this from the bazillion pictures I've looked at!!! That will be great to follow each other's stories with our surgery dates so close together!!! ❤️

So it's 4 more days until my first procedure, breast lift with implants! I am officially medically cleared... Woo hoo!! I am more excited than nervous. I am posting some updated "before" pictures that the office staff took and emailed me this morning. I wanted to post my height and weight also, which is 5'3", 130 lbs.

Not much longer to go...

H! Your ht. and wt. and body are very similar to mine so I am really interested in following your journey. I had a BL this past Nov. and implants this Jan. My surgeon feels that he gets the best results with 2 steps and the cost was the same. The lift didn't bother me much at all. I started with a B cup and have ended up with a DD. I got teardrop gummies. The size feels just right and my tops fit except for some button-downs. I think that gravity will eventually take it's toll over the years regardless of whether you do implants or not. Talk to you Dr. I finally let him pick the size after listening to me for weeks. I'm considering future tt-lipo, arm and thigh lift. Good luck!

Day of treatment

I made it!!

It's 6:30pm right now and I went into surgery about 9:15 am. I'm home and slept most of the day. Right now I'm feeling remarkably well! After surgery, felt pressure and pain, but tolerable. Honestly the nausea was more annoying. But they gave me a couple of anti-nausea meds in my IV, which seemed to take the edge off. The ride home wasn't too bad. I was a little bummed because my husband had to work (but this week worked best for my work schedule and I have lots of other help on hand). But my awesome girlfriend took amazing care of me and got me settled in. We went on a search for chicken noodle soup before getting home and found some delicious chicken dumpling soup at our local restaurant to go! I was happy I had a bit of an appetite! Got home and took my norco and hoping the pain stays at bay. Can't wait to take a peek, they feel really high, but I think the 300cc will be perfect for me!!
