Helloooo everyone:) I've been part of the ittybittytittycommittee my whole life so I've been planning on this procedure for years now. I had my first consultation yesterday and it went extremely well. I am currently a 32A (no pushup) to a 32 or 34 B with pushup. Initially I hoped for a C or a D, but after looking at reviews on this site and wish pics, a D looks a lot more promising. I also have heard a lot of people say that if you're deciding between sizes, go for the larger one. I'm paying for the procedure all out of my own money, and I am currently a college student, so I want this to be worth it.
I have a very small frame so my surgeon recommended high profile implants under the muscle, and I had to go with saline because apparently you can only get a warranty with saline implants until you're 22 years old. I asked him about getting a teardrop shape, and he said that sometimes the implant can shift creating a warped appearance, so he usually goes with the round shape. I tried on 335, 365, 385, and 450 cc implants. I was happy with the 385 but might go a little bigger - maybe 415 at the most. I want mine to be big but still natural looking.
I have always had a small frame, but I feel as though my small 32A boobs make my stomach look a lot fatter than it is, and my body looks disproportional. Clothes also never fit me the right way, and wearing bikinis is terrifying. I'm hoping that having boobs will balance everything out and give me the shape I've always wanted.
I know somebody who went to the same surgeon as me and went with 450 cc saline implants, which took her from a AA to a DD cup. And she looks AMAZING! Going that big is a little scary for me so I will probably go with 415.
My next pre op appointment is on March 13th where we talk more about concerns and sizing. I'm ecstatic and cannot wait for my new boobs!!!

added some before pics - looking to go to a full D, 400-415 cc's. I'm nervous that 415 might look too big on me, but I want there to be a noticeable difference. I don't want to come out of surgery thinking they aren't big enough and want them done again!

i was like that size before, with similar body structure and went with 350 silicone, i went from a 32a to 32d/dd depending on where i get my bras! i look super natural and they’re not too big where they look fake!

If you want the same result, it depends on your size and weight i think.
