Regression of Teeth Since Stopping Treatment

Once I was finished with Invisalign I had bite issues that had to be solved and was moved into these thick retainers over only the front four teeth. I wore those only at night, and while after a few months my bite was fixed, I also felt like some of the progress from Invisalign was gone. I can feel my teeth moving all day long and they really need the retainers at night to move them back into place. I've decided to just bite the bullet and go for full on braces. Yikes. The perfectionist in me knows that Invisalign can't fix the two bottom teeth that are still sideways and that those will bother me.

Filling on Front Tooth

I've had a filling on the front left tooth to make the bottom teeth appear more even. Sadly, those stubborn canines still drive me a little nuts, but waiting to see what kind of progress a non-Invisalign retainer might make. I'm feeling really skeptical about those who say that Invisalign is appropriate for canines in need of rotation!
