I would like to get more symmetrical, smaller,...
$10,000
I would like to get more symmetrical, smaller, more compact and higher breast. B cup is ideal.
Sports I liked became a bother - doesn't matter how many bras at once I am wearing, or which ones, my boobs are jumping more then my tennis ball. ...I am spilling over every swimming suite top.
Biking and hiking all is left :(
No nice tops I am fitting, my tops are 2 sizes bigger then my pats or skirts.
My major concerns:
1. I hope to be a solid B-cup. It is down from 36DDD-34F(depends on a brand) now. 36B to small C would be somewhat acceptable, but bigger would be a disappointment. Around D or bigger would be a disaster!
2. Plunging tops or unbuttoned shirt are the goal! (Finally!) I dread a lower underboob scars being connected on my septum, hope to have neat symmetrical half-moons not coming out to the middle of the chest, nicely hidden in shadow of boobies.

Surgery morning
Surgery Day.
Didn't sleep well :). Got up at 5, made few last pics of my "girls", and said "good buy" to them.
I arrived at Surgery Center @6:30am, got attended by nurses, redressed. Doctor came, marked me up, briefly reviewed the procedure. Action plan: Doctor plans to remove about 350 from Left and 300 from right. Which makes about 1/3 of my breast tissue. He told that my overall breast tissue is about 850-900 each.
I asked if my areolas would be smaller, he answered that it is not clear yet, if yes, not much.
My Anesthesiologist Dr.Rusin was a gem. He is one who managed to get my elusive vein ( with a pediatric needle ), after other people poked me 3 times with no luck.
The Insurance approval was valid for removal of 320g from each side. We are close. I was asked if Doctors during the surgery would think that it is too much, do I interested in insurance pay, or a better look? This one was tricky!!!

Without sounding insensitive, I gotta say that your pre-op condition was the best I've seen. While we have been consulting the various plastic surgeons, your pre-oo would be the ideal post-op for many.
Congratulations on your results and a safe and healthy outcome.
