Correction surgery with different doctor.

Update. I have got a correction surgery done. At 3 days after 2nd surgery I am in less pain then after 1 year of Dr.Movassaghi surgery. I am being listen, body treated with so much more care. Very little bruising, neat stitches, aligned skin. Shape is so much more natural and proportional. My one week bruising was less then at 3 month after What a different expirience!

1.5 years update

I am updating my review
of that surgery for the last time.
Visuals are attached, and those are not my biggest problem.
My biggest source of discomfort is pain. My right breast is in pain with almost every move from day 2 till now - for 1.5 year post surgery.
At my last post- op visit doctor took some pictures and raved about "outstanding aesthetics his reduction achieved" ( hmmm, really? ). I complained about pain and discomfort...He , dr.Movassaghi it is, didnt want to do much with an unfortunate outcomes of his intervention, and offer no solution, no advise and no compassion....
I did reach to other doctors. I've got physical therapy prescribed along with pain management.
Was some, but not enough of relieve. I started to look into revisional surgery to remove an internal scar tissue which was the cause for pretty severe neuralgia.
It is very hard to find a competent doctor to do such a surgery!!!
Anyhow, after calling 20, visiting 6 of those, I narrowed down to 2 who actually specialize in revisions.
Here we go. Breast surgery , Take TWO.
Fingers crossed that my breast reduction which resulted in much pain and frustration will be chased with sucsessful revisional surgery.

Hope for a better doctor's attitude and ethics. Wouldn't be hard. Since those were exceptionally BAD.

10 months update

Its been 10 month since my surgery. Here are pictures.
here are my complains:
Health - I am still in pain and discomfort. Both inner parts of breasts are sore near areolas. My sternum hurts after every exercise, in places where low scars are ending. I am driving with pillow- right breast is sensitive where seat belt touches it. Ultrasound shown that there is internal scarring.
I have to wear bras all the time - otherwise my breast hurt with every move, if unsupported. Pain is duller then few month earlier, but still irritating and constricting. Skin in the breast crease is getting red to the end of day, especially if hot.
Looks - It is much bigger then we agreed with doctor. They look rather more sad, old, and deflated. They are just uneven and droopy :(. Size wise not much change tough - I still can wear some of my old pre-op bras of DD. New bras all are D, and one (minimizer) is C. Not a single person noticed any difference! Asymmetry is noticeable in bra as well. Bra strips still dig in my shoulders, since I have to pull breasts up. breasts are wide and have little uneven projections. Areolas are not round, and right one is deformed with low edge very rugged and uneven. I have some weird brown chunks (looks like pieces of areola) along my vertical scar.
I am looking for a doctor for a revision. Unfortunately method which my Doctor used old and not "revision-friendly". I still trying to get an extra notes, report is very limited, and no description of exact procedure such as exact blood supply and areas cut and removed. Suggestions?

Dr. Movassaghi is a pretty respected doctor of West Coast. He has an impressive credentials, and seems to be on a top of his game. I came to first consult with an idea of breast reduction about 2-3 years ago. Then I let it seat. Now it's got revisited, since situation isn't getting better by itself, rather opposite. Dr. met me on my first consultation with a measure tape, and crunched some numbers. I liked that. My experience is so far that there is a math-science approach combine with overall aesthetics -Dr. was evaluating my breasts with regard to my frame and overall proportions. Also there is a feel of keeping up with technology and methods of the trade.
