Ugh

WORTH IT$2,500
Well. Hair situation has stabilized. But I am having a stall period or it feels like it. Last three weeks down to 2.5 lbs a week. But haven't been very active. Work is in my way. Long drive. I feel like I could slip back so easily. Can't eat like before that is my saving grace. Anybody else feeling this way?

So sorry to hear. My sister had her surgery last summer, but indicated she experienced the same. She met with her nutritional counselors where they went over her diet and figured out what was going on... Is that an option for you?
I wish I was still losing 2.5 lb a week! You're doing great. Don't go for fast food etc. you can keep up now. I lost 65 in6 mo after sleeve

Day by Day

This week has proven challenging. At week 8 I can pretty much eat anything just no raw veg and still don't want to eat red meat.

Well I had a stress filled couple of days and boy oh boy did I want fast food. If it wasn't for the sleeve I would have not made it.

Started all if a sudden having a little extra hair in the brush. Not worried yet but watching.

Have u added Biotin...
No hadn't heard if this I'll get it right away. Thanks
You look so fabulous, thanks for posting the pics, your face is much thinner and you look 15 years younger. You are giving me the inspiration to go through with my surgery on July 20th 2015. I will be following your journey also. Hugs and God bless You. Andrea 54
Thanks you. I was scared for years and the day of surgery I couldn't have been calmer. It really has the power to not just change your life but save it! God bless you too!
boy you're getting close Andrea!
Daaoodmiriam that is what I am looking for is weight loss to improving my health and live a longer life and to get off of blood pressure meds along with other med I don't wanna be taking. Hugs and best wishes in your journey.
I have added biotin and multi vitamin along with B12 and B6 not sure what else to add at this point but if anyone can help me out on that let me know what other vitamins I should be taking after surgery and do the vitamins all have to be liquid vitamins.
Are you taking vitamins and eating enough protein? I am very worried about hair loss too as I have had surgeries in the past and every time lost hair. I think it's the anesthesia for me!
Vitamins are good but honestly not watching protein as diligently. Thanks. I will boost the protein.

I had surgery 4/23/15. With the greatest surgeon...

I had surgery 4/23/15. With the greatest surgeon ever. Dr B. At the NEW program. It's name is accurate. This procedure the sleeve, gives you a new life. I started at 280, down to 230. I have been told I look like a new person already. I didn't see it until the other day when I went shopping for an outfit. Started at size 24/26. Now am in xl. I do see a new person. It's the old me that has been gone for so long I forgot they existed. My diabetes and high blood pressure are gone and no more hormones, almost all was gone immediately. So at week 8 and looking forward to what's next. Will post pics later!
