Day 5 Post... And an oops

So I haven't had much pain at all the past 2 days. However, this morning I pushed open the front storm door to let the dogs out and felt a sharp pain. It got better but then I took a shower and now it's throbbing. I'm paranoid so hopefully it's not a hematoma. Took a tylenol and am icing :(
And now post shower photos! Lefty of course will look odd until the implant drops but still better than before! Right looks bigger still but hopefully that's all swelling. 125cc difference in implant and both implants have the same width

The Big Reveal!
alygatorsApril 24, 2017
Just had my first post-op and got the ugly compression wrap off! Originally the PS was going to go through the nipple (I left the decision up to him) but in the OR he opted for the crease on both. Also officially stopping valium/Tylenol unless the pain comes back. The DR seemed surprised that I was only taking 1 tylenol every 6 hours (yay for high pain tolerance!). Implants obviously super high so I was given the strap to wear. L is bruised from lowering the crease and releasing the constriction. R still looks bigger especially in photos but we'll see when everything drops. Still very bloated :( though everything is moving fine...oh well. Showering was the best thing ever <3
Did a quick measurement post-op
Under boob: 29"
Over chest: 38" in compression sports bra

You look amazing, especially for day 3! What a difference in your before and after pictures. I will totally follow you.
Thanks for the info about the pre-op. I am so excited. It's almost a month away!

Argh sooo much sitting! My butt hurts so much that i think I'll order one of those donut things. I'm not used to sitting much at all so this is completely abnormal. No pain except for an occasional burning sensation when I move positions--read that was the nerves wakening though will talk to my PS team. Down to 1 tylenol every 6 hrs now. Still on the valium and antibiotic.
Unfortunately I'm getting a ton of hiccups which are ridiculously painful. The valium stops these. Can't laugh either without pain...huge issue with my bf being around (he normally makes me laugh a ton)

Hi there!
So excited for you. The anticipation must be killing you. I have my pre-op with Dr. Restifo at the end of May for a mommy makeover. His work is amazing. I can't wait to see your results.

He's definitely a great doctor--his work speaks for itself. So I'm super hopeful everything will look great (I'm a more challenging case of course).
Have fun at the preop! The imager is super cool to see. I'll have to check on how you are doing afterwards (: I attribute a good deal of my lack of pain to his technique

I can see the improvement from Day 3 already
