3 Week after treatment update

It's been 3 weeks a two days since I had my treatment and I can see A BIG difference. I still have a lot of itching and depending how tight my cloths is I'm still having some pain. There are days that I can feel like I have a piece of tape on my skin trying to stretch it out but nothing that makes me worry. I have not stopped working out, I do hot yoga for an hour a day 5 days a week. On my first review I stated that I couldn't jump or run because it was extremely painful, I can say now that I'm able to do those things. I can feel a little bit of pain but not as bad as before. I don't have a flat belly yet but is only 3 weeks in but I definitely can see a lot of muscle definition which I couldn't see before the treatment. I have not changed my diet or my exercise regime since I had the CoolSculpting. I will update at the two month mark :)

How do you feel you look now? I am on day 9 and also have numbness, tingling, itching and pain. Still swollen. Hoping I go down not up here.

I had my stomach CoolSculpting 2 weeks ago. I wasn't prepared for the pain after and how swollen my stomach got afterwards. I was able to work out hot yoga the next day but neither compressions nor meds helped. For two weeks I had issues with anything touching the treated area including clothing. The week after the treatment my stomach started to itch but anytime I touched it I felt like someone was stabbing me. The itching got extremely bad and red. I had to use different ointments to help with the itching. Now that I'm on week 2, the itching is finally gone, I still have some pain here and there depending what touches my lower abs. I sometimes feel like I contracted my stomach, placed a piece of tape and trying to stretch out the skin with the tape stuck. I have notice that if I workout the pain goes away at least for the time I'm working out (I do Hot Yoga 4-5 times a week). Jumping or trying to run is painful so I try to avoid that for now. I can do crunches, planks, and pretty much any ab work since the muscle is doing all the work and not the fat cells that were frozen.
I will update at week 3 if I get any signification changes, crossing fingers the pain is completely gone by then.
