I choose Dr. Nichter to do my breast augmentation after years of being self- concious about my breasts. They were sagging, deflated, and small. My breast augmentation was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr Nichter chose implants to match my body. They are perfectly shaped and natural looking/feeling. I love them and I'm proud of my body now! There was some pain after the surgery, but it was well worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Nichter.

I found Dr. Nichter 9 years ago. I was looking for a surgeon to fix my nose. I had rhinoplasty and it was done horribly and I went through hundreds of photos of different surgeons, on the internet, trying to find a surgeon to help me. When I saw Dr. Nichter's rhinoplasty photos, I was impressed. After having a consultation with him, I knew that he was the doctor to fix my botched rhinoplasty. The surgery was a huge success.
