Inspira on Thin Woman

Im getting use to the size. I originally wanted only 255 was talked into 275 in one, 295 in the other. They may still shrink but I can tell the bigger implant. I know 20 cc's more was my only choice but I think I was only like 5 cc's bigger. I overall like the way the feel and they look great in bathing suits and clothes. But.. in thin bra's you can tell my nipples are not even. I am only like 9 weeks post op so hopefully that changes. Also there seems to be more bulge in the inner right breast. When I lay back the left slides into my armpit more. Its as if my right one was put in its pocket more towards the center than the left & this is creating nipples in the wrong place. My scars are also uneven. Overall like I said in clothing I feel great. But a bit self conscious naked.
