My experience and results from my breast augmentation were incredible. At 22 years old, I had a breast tumor that needed to be surgically removed. The tumor removal was likely to leave me with breast asymmetry. I elected to have a bilateral breast augmentation at the same time as the tumor excision. I was very anxious about the surgery, but Dr West and Dr Lisa Guerra (of Breastlink Newport Beach, for tumor excision) worked together to deliver great results. I wished to go bigger as well as correct the asymmetry. I have Natrelle Inspira 375cc/405cc implants, going from 32C to 32DDD (I am 5'3" and 115 pounds). The results still look natural and beautiful. Dr West was kind and straightforward through this entire process. He is conservative in his approach to plastic surgery and is direct with any concerns or limitations. I can tell Dr West approaches evaluates each patient's case methodically. He delivered excellent results despite my tumor removal. Dr West makes great judgment calls before, during, and after surgery. I thought I did not want anything bigger than 340cc, but once in surgery, Dr West knew to go bigger to give me the look I wanted and correct the asymmetry.
