Soo I'm scheduled for surgery with Dr. Justin west on July 14th (pending gi clearance.) the plan is to do a donut lift as well as 375-400 cc; I was nervous at first about the lift that dr. West has chosen but I met with him yesterday and feel a lot better about the procedure I just feel like he really knows his tatas lol he said that unfourtanately 25 percent of the time this procedure requires a minor revision of the nipple but that's something that is done in office for no charge he also uses sizers to help guarantee that the look that we've discussed is what I end up with. I'm Sooo excited for my surgery with Dr. West

I told my doctor I'd like to do between 380-450 ccs do you mind if I ask how big you were before? Looking at your photos I'd like to be around the same size lol.. My doctor does a sizing while he has you under so he ultimately makes the final descision but from what he said at pre op he thinks he will most likely use a high profile implant... It doesn't look like you ever had the skin puckering that some ladies get do you have any recommendations on things to do before surgery?

The puckering around the nipples? I had that for like 3 weeks after surgery. I was lioe a b-c cup before. I got 385 now im a 32d or 32dd. Havent gotten measured yet lol

Dr west and I have decided to do a benelli or donut lift as he feels that any other lift will further narrow my breast and will not provide a pretty result he stated that sometimes when doing this lift the nipples can appear to have different shapes but this is something that can be fixed in office after surgery and that he strives to keep patients from having to go to the or more than once.. I'm nervous but after hearing his explanation for why he thinks this lift is best suited for me I have to say I agree it makes sense and I completely trust him!
