Braless nights
$6,000
Soooo I've been sleeping without a bra at night. I feel like the pain in my left isn't as bad without one, so I sleep so much more comfortably. I know my ps is not going to be happy about it since he pushed wearing sports bras for about 3 months. I'm afraid of hurting them or sagging but it just feel soooo good to be able to sleep again! Anyone else in the same boat?

Pain
Hi ladies, sorry I've been MIA. Lots going on. Just wanted to update you a bit on my pain in my left breast. Still pretty bad. I was told to get back on my strong meds to help, and sadly enough they aren't doing much for me. The pain has been keeping me up at night. I toss and turn, and feel exhausted all day. I'm supposed to give it another two weeks to see if the pain gets any better, and if not, I'll have to get a sonogram to see what's going on in there. The worm-like feeling is gone but now it's turned into a continuous stabbing pain. Hurts all day but it's the worst at night when I lay down. Praying it gets better soon. Finally sleeping on my sides and have even laid on my stomach a few times. Feels soooo good. I'll be back to give you another update soon! Happy Tuesday! Xo

3 week update
Hi all! I can't believe it's been 3 weeks since surgery. Time has flown by. Work and the kids have kept me busy. I've been feeling a whole lot better these days. Zingers come and go but they're not too bad. My pinched nerve has been doing a lot better too. Now, I'm getting this strange pulling pain on my left breast. Anytime my muscle is flexed, i can literally feel it sitting on my breast. That might not make sense, but it's the best way to describe it. It's not pleasant. The pain has gotten so bad, I'm woken up 2-3 times at night because it's so uncomfortable. I'll be calling my ps about it today. I don't feel it too much during the day, mostly at night. So we'll see. Hopefully it is just my muscle that I'm feeling. I'm such a worry wart. I'm feeling a lot better about my size now. My left breast is bigger and lower than my right one, which totally sucks. Ps says he thinks it's going to permanently be that way due to that's the way my breast were to begin with. In my opinion, he should have known that prior to surgery and should have put in a bigger size in the smaller one? It will drop a bit more but not much. It's obvious in pictures and without my shirt. Thankfully not with clothes on. I'm trying to be as positive about it as possible. Keep telling myself at least I have boobs now, and I still look way better than I did before. lol I'll keep you all updated on my weird pain and I'll try and get some pictures uploaded soon!

It's nice reading your updates, especially since we had the same surgery day. I too have days where I love my size and days when I wish I had gone bigger. I usually feel small in unfitted clothes, no surprise. What scar stuff are you using?

That's awesome to hear! I've been using bio oil and scar away. I've been using fresh aloe as well and it's been helping tremendously. How are you feeling these days?

I feeling well. I notice that I can go nearly a whole shift at work without thinking about my boobs. Up until now it's felt like I was wearing something, finally they're feeling more like my own. They're softening more, but I think it'll be at least a couple of months before they feel quite relaxed. My scars aren't terrible, but today they look dark. I've been using the strips and 100% medical grade cream. I might start incorporating a cream or oil for the overall breast skin. I'm still glad I did this. Im sorry you're still having much pain, hopefully it will sort itself out soon. Are you otherwise happy with their size and shape?
