Okay, okay. I freaked out on that last update.

So my cousin convinced me to have a consultation with the surgeon who did her revision a couple years ago.
He was very nice and thoroughly explained how my implants could have bottomed out. He also said that both had bottomed out. I knew this to be true, but he noticed it right off the bat! He said he wasn't concerned with the excess lateral displacement on the right side because the nipple is centered left-to-right. He suggested I go with a larger implant diameter to fill the cleavage Gap that I'm noticing when I lie down.
To fix the bottoming it issues, he recommended two options:
1. Sewing up the pockets (just as Taleisnik suggested).
2. Taking the implants out, cauterizing the pockets, allowing 2-3 months to heal, then putting new implants in.
Option 1 is his normal fix, but option 2 is what he does for people who don't want to have any hint of an issue further down the road.
I don't know if I'm going to go with him though.
All and all, I'd still like to see if I can have Taleisnik fix the issue and possibly get with a 475cc ideal implant put in, filled to 500 or 515, just to give me the same amount of projection but with a wider base diameter. I think this could work.
I'm going to email him to get his thoughts on this.
But I'm still saddened that he didn't present me with this option before.
Also, what I wrote in the previous update was me freaking out. My boobs look horrible and I'm somewhat depressed because of it.

Over It!!

Left side bottomed out. Right side has lateral displacement (moves into my armpit while I'm lying down). And my PS wanted to charge me $1000 ($2500 after surgery room and anesthesia fees) to fix it because he doesn't think there's anything wrong. But as you can see in the photo, it's all bad.
I shouldn't be charged for his [RS bleep] up. I wore the bra he told me to, I took care of them just how he said, yet they still look like garbage.
For the original $7k I spent, I could've gone to someone else who would've done it right the first time!!
I tried to contact his assistant Linae at least a dozen times to set a date for the revision surgery, but after 3 months of not hearing from her at all, I'm over it. I'm going to someone else.
Dr. Taleisnik has lost my trust and cannot be relied on!!

Picture of current issue

Bottoming out + double bubble maybe?
The planets aligned and I was finally able to pick up the call when my PS's assistant called me! My appointment is next Friday to see what my options are.

Currently thinking maybe getting some sort of internal bra mesh and maybe an areola reduction. They REALLY got stretched out. :(

*UPDATED REVIEW* It's been just over a year past my breast augmentation surgery by him, and I'm not happy with my results. I bottomed out on both sides, one side also had lateral displacement. I've tried setting up a revision surgery with his assistant, but it's really difficult to get ahold of her. *Initial review* Very professional, but also very personal. He listens to all my ideas and concerns, and found a solution that worked for me. He's been there to answer any questions I've had, even before I decided to go ahead and book surgery with him. His assistant is very kind and helped out a lot when trying to plan around my insanely busy work schedule. She's also very quick to reply to phone calls and emails. It's nice to know my PS and I are on the same page about what I want, and has given me realistic expectations. Dr Taleisnik is also very quick to reply to phone calls and emails. He gave me peace of mind, knowing that him and I were on the same page about what I wanted, and provided me with beyond amazing results!!
