In jr high, I was 165lbs, 5ft tall, and 36AA. I used to get teased in high school by the other girls in my class for how small they were. On many occasions at beaches or water parks, I would be mistaken for a boy. In college, I dropped to 115lbs and wore a 32AA. I've gained a healthy amount of muscle weight and they have gotten bigger since then, but I'm still just an A cup. I've been debating on plastic surgery for the better half of my life, and ever since our family vacation photos came up on facebook... I realized that I didn't like how I looked at all, and it was time I pulled the trigger.
After months of web research on various plastic surgeons, I had my first consultation with Dr. Taleisnik on December 18. We talked about what he can do for me, as far as implant type and size options go (I want to be a D, but I have a somewhat small breast width diameter of about 11cm). He also assured me that he can give me the results I want. At first I wanted 300-400cc silicone under the muscle for a natural, feminine look. But since Dr. Taleisnik offers the Ideal implant, I decided to go that route instead to avoid capsular contraction or any silent rupture issues. (And also because MRIs are expensive when they're out of pocket.) Ideal implant is saline and only comes in high profile. Meaning I can get big results without having to expand my breast pocket. So surgery should be a breeze.
I was very impressed with him, his staff, and his portfolio. Many of his previous patients before-and-after stats are extremely similar to what I have and hope to achieve.
Surgery is set for January 19. Pre-op appointment is Jan 12. I will keep updates!!!

Looking at Ideal sizes...

It took awhile to get to the size and dimensions chart on Ideal's website, but I found it! I couldn't upload the pdf, so I took a screenshot instead.

Pre-op Appointment
vmpkristinaJanuary 24, 2018
So I'm backtracking a bit here.
My pre-op appointment was on Friday, Jan 12.
I met up with the doctor. We went through and he thoroughly explained all patient and doctor expectations, the start-to-finish of surgery, all the surgery forms, prescriptions to be filled, and he ordered the Ideal implants.
He told me what and how to prepare for surgery. And I paid the last of his fee. ($1000 was due at booking the surgery.)
At this point, no going back!

Did your surgeon say it’s only offered in high profile??
I'll definitely discuss this with my surgeon. I'm not quite sure what high profile will look like on my small frame, so it should be nice to have that moderate option, just in case.
