It definitely got worse before it got better. I'm finally seeing great results
one year post op
I'm happy with results. I wish my belly button didn't scar but it will fade. the laser treatments are working to soften.
I'm not swollen anymore. only when I do sm extremely hard ab workout do I get a bit of swelling in the evening.
I've been killing it in the gym. I've noticed my arm and back fat subsiding. my legs and hips are back to normal.
at this point I'm pleased. feel much better about the surgery. I'm back to being me. that was a bit depressing at times for me. I'm glad I'm back in the gym. I'm back able to do everything I did before. I haven't decided wether I'm going to fix my puffy dog ears. my doc said he could do a little lion but I'm sick of surgery. worried it will set me back in the gym

it's been a long road but getting there. tummy flat. not liking the ripple dog ea at end of scar. however I'm not swollen anymore. legs and hips back to normal
