Very Happy with my Lifestyle Lift. Ontario, CA

It has been 8 months since I had my Lifestyle Lift and I am still happy with the results. Dr. Machida was my doctor and he did a great job and he has been very kind to me and answered all my questions. I was surprised that (for me) there was no pain. The few days that I had to wear the head band were torture because it was so tight and the few days I spent sleeping in my recliner weren't much fun either but in the long run it was worth it. I did have discoloration on my neck under my ears that I feel was caused from the tight head band. I did have to go back to see Dr. Machida a couple of times be re-stitched behind my ears but that didn't hurt either. Everything has healed and the discoloration has almost resolved it's self. I am 67 and frequently get comments from people who think I am in my 40's. I look refreshed and revitalized. I know that the surgery is not a panacea and that I will continue to age and my face will eventually reflect that aging. If I had a choice whether to do it again or not..... I would do it again in a heartbeat! I have no regrets! If you are considering a LSF you need to be honest with yourself. Everyone is different and while the Dr.'s do their best they are not miracle workers so you need to make sure your expectations are realistic. You will look refreshed but you are still going to look like yourself.
