Going back to work...

I was really lucky to have scheduled my explant during my vacation. Well, all except the going a Lil stir crazy at home with limitations.
I still have muscle pain, mine having been under the muscle. Not extreme, but def uncomfortable. Doctors office ok'd me for cardio starting tomorrow, but still not doing any upper body exercises. Tonight I get to start vitamin e on the scar tissue. Haven't seen much change in my breast, maybe a lil fluffing, prob more me getting used to them. Me=still very happy with my decision.

Feeling good in my skin..yay

So today is day 10 post op & I got up & went for a walk. In only back to 1.5 miles + some non upper body exercises, but I'm feeling pretty good. Today I took off on a non supportive bra but was happy I could see some definition without trying & my tummy is shrinking. Once I'm all healed I'll be fierce, lol..well maybe. Still having muscular pain later in each day, but thanks to the ladies for sharing and letting me know that's normal. It feels less scary knowing that. So attached is my very generic heading out for a walk & the t-rex I drew on the fridge as a reminder.

Ouch!

It's a full week they've been out. For some reason I have pain in my upper chests. I am curious if this is normal healing when the implant was behind the muscle? Or, have I just done too much? Anyone else have insight?

So far his office has been great. I don't feel like they are trying to upsell me on procedures. He listened to what I wanted, answered my 500 questions and has been amazing. After surgery: I was allowed to have mine out under local. All of the staff & Dr were so wonderful. They even answered questions during sugery (when I was curious about what I was feeling).
