So far I have had two consultations and another planned in the next couple weeks. I'm struggling with the desire to have a breast augmentation and mini tummy tuck done and the risks associated with surgery, down time for recovery and stories I have read about breast implants making people sick. I hate that my body after kids is drooping... I don't feel like my active, healthy, beach loving 34 year old self. I feel like my breasts and belly button look much older than I am and less sexy than I feel. I'd really like to hear from people who have had a breast augmentation and/or tummy tuck for at least five years and know if you have any regrets? How do you feel five years later?

I'm looking to have a breast augmentation and tummy tuck. Hoping I'm a good candidate for a mini tummy tuck. What do you think?

Thermage vs mini tummy tuck?
julam81January 19, 2016
Not sure which is the best option for me. Tummy tuck or thermage treatment. I like what I have read about thermage but the reviews are mixed... And recommendations? I have three consultations coming up over the next few weeks for both options.

I decided against thermage treatment for my tummy. It is discouraging when you are told the procedure will cost $2,000 and there are no real before and after photos the clinic can show you. All the before and after photos were in the brochures. I didn't really like that. Also it doesn't sound like this is a permanent solution.
To find women that have had the BA along with the Tummy Tuck, you can search the Mommy Makeover community. You can find some women with regrets about their BAs in the Breast Implant Removal community. Also, here is a helpful forum about things women wished they'd known before getting BAs. Hope these communities and forums give you a starting point. Be sure to comment on member's reviews that you like so they can easily find and support you. Looking forward to your next update!
