31 Years Old, 6 Kids, Needing Mommy Makeover - Ontario, CA

Hello All, I am a 31 year mom of three children ages 13, 12 and 10. I also was a surrogate mother 2 times giving birth to twins in July of 2014 and again to 1 baby in April 2016. After having 6 children you can imagine the damage done to my body from pregnancy. I have always wanted a tummy tuck and breast augmentation and finally on July 18, 2016 I was able to have my breast augmentation with a lift and a tummy tuck. After several consultations I found the best doctor ever, Dr. Li... My breast size before was a 36B but I always wore padded bras to make me look bigger because I always wanted big breasts so I got 800cc,(overfilled to 820cc) saline high profile under the muscle implants which now brings me to a full DD borderline triple D. I was orginally scheduled to have my surgery on June 28th but due to my hemoglobin being so low at an 8.4 I couldn't do it then. I pumped myself full of iron pills and iron enriched foods for 2 weeks. When they checked my levels again I was at an 11.2 and was able to do my surgery. A week later I go in for surgery and my levels are now 11.6. I was extremely happy to be able to finally have my mommy makeover. Going into surgery I was quite nervous but the nurses and doctor were all very friendly and helped me through the nervous feeling. The last thing I remember is the nurse putting the oxygen mask on my face and before I knew it I was awake with everyone telling me I did an awesome job and I will love my results. It literally felt like I was asleep for 5 minutes! The very first day was rough. My tummy tuck was a walk in the park. No discomfort or pain at all. My breasts were very sore but didn't hurt much. By the second day my breasts were still so sore and now starting to hurt. I am now 4 days post op and I only take pain meds and muscle relaxers to sleep at night. The tummy tuck has absolutely no pain at all. The drains are a bit uncomfortable and starting to hurt on my left side, luckily I get those out on Tuesday. The breasts are what cause me the most discomfort. Mainly because I think I went bigger than what I was and because my implants are still sitting so high. I massage my implants throughout the day to help the implant fall into place. I also manage to get out if bed and do a few laps around the house. Still feeling very drained and don't have much of an appetite but I manage to eat crackers and soups and remain hydrated with water, this is very important. Gatorade or pedalite is also very important to help replace electrolytes and get your energy up. I can't want to see my final results once my implants drop and swelling goes does in my belly. But so far I am absolutely loving what I am seeing! Just thought I would share my story with anybody considering plastic surgery. The pain has not been bad at all, as long as you stay on top of your meds, stay hydrated and move around you will be just fine! My results are beautiful and considering the pain wasn't that bad at all, I would recommend these procedures to anybody and tell them it was very well worth it!!!

After having 6 kids, 3 of my own and 3 as a surrogate mother for 1 family, I am finally scheduled for my tummy tuck and breast augmentation with lift. My question is, has there been anyone out there who has gotten 800cc's high profile saline implants? I am still on the fence about the size. I want big boobs but not freakishly big. Also want to know what to expect with my tummt tuck. All advice welcomed... BTW, I am 5'5 180lbs
