Quit and demanded a refund because I apparently "kept messing up my impressions" the first 3 times it was because I "had double impressions on my lower arch" I explained when I signed up that i had a lower arch retainer on my teeth." They didn't take that into account and sent the kit back 2 more times because of it until I finally called. The girl on the line told me to just do the top ones. Those impressions were also rejected I called again, apparently I didn't leave them in long enough despite doing the same arch 4 times for 3.5 to 4 minutes each like the packet had said. (Set a timer on my phone so I know it to be true) I am very upset and I called and demanded a refund.
