complete waste of money for me
I stopped wearing the trays because after cutting and fileing they were slicing my tongue every time my tongue would rub on the plastic. The Emory board that they give is no help. I got bad sores from the plastic that took about a week to heal. So mad I spent 450$ so far and I'm at least glad I did not pay in full. They do not reply back and continue to send my packages to my neighbors house because they got the wrong address and still never changed it. I don't recommend.

I wanted to get Invisalign but I came across this company and thought it would be better because of the price. Ordering was pretty easy. Doing the expressions was good. I have some problems so far with this company because when I email them they never respond. I tried calling and no answer. Everything is do it your self so I came into this with no knowledge. The first day I wore my retainers were brutal. Painful and uncomfortable. The next morning I woke up with pain in my gums. Hello! No one told me I was not supposed to completely cut off the plastic that covered my gums. I don't remember reading that part in the book. I had to take a few days off because I got a bad virus and now I started again with my first tray. I cut it down and so far it's going ok. Not to uncomfortable as the first day.
