I am not 6 months post op. I am loving my results. I will say I didn’t get to check in with my dr since the begging of the year like I hoped but I guess that’s thanks to Covid 19. Everting has settled well and of course no pain or anything.

Waist trainer

Update about the swelling. I have upgraded from just spanx to spanx and a waist trainer and it is helping tremendously with my swelling through out the day. It’s comfortable not overly tight but enough compression to make a huge difference at the end of the day vs before I was using it

Thanks for your updates! Has your swelling started to resolve more now?

Yes ma’am it has. I still swell a little after a work out but ibuprofen helps and it is no where near like it was before ♥️

10 weeks post op

Luminous5458
I am 10 weeks post op I am happy for the most part. I feel like I pretty flat in the mornings but swell ALOT during the day. I still wear spanx 24/7. I also wear scar tape to reduce the appearance of my scars. My breast are healing very well. I went from a 38 B to a 38 D

I'm glad to hear that you're going through the same thing, but not thrilled for either one of us. I am still swelling throughout the day too - especially on gym days. I think I'm going to follow your lead and get back to wearing some type of compression. I put my binder aside a few weeks ago and rarely wear my spanx.

It had made a tremendous difference. I have been afraid to go to the gym because I was swelling so much with just daily activities, I’m a kindergarten teacher so I do move a lot though. I will feel a lot more comfortable workout wearing a binder though.

I ordered this one on amazon. My post op binder didn’t provide enough compression
