Important Advice: Analysis of the "problem" is a crucial success factor!
WORTH IT
Hello to all of you who consider Rhinoplasty! I would like to share this with you: it is very important to ANALYZE thoroughly what actually makes your nose look not so attractive. There might be different reasons for that and if the analysis is not on the point the best surgeon cannot help because he is working on the wrong diagnosis. For example my nose: I had two rhinoplasties and still it had this polly beak look. So I talked to several surgeons and asked them what they would do to change this. All of them (except the one I choose in the end) said: we have to take down a bit of the bridge of your nose and shorten the tip. This is a "diagnosis" that is very common: lower the bridge and shorten the tip. If I had this have done I would have needed a fourth revision. BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT THE MAIN CAUSE for the polly beak look. Dr. Denenberg made clear to me that my nasion (the part where the forehead meets the nose, between the eyes) was protuding too much forward. This is why the former rhinoplasties did not show the result I wanted. With this high nasion my nose would have always looked long and I had this look of a Greek statue. As soon as the nasion was lowered the whole nose looked shorter. That was the crucial point! Of course there were other parts of the nose like the tip where Dr. Denenberg did a reshaping and added to a great result. But if he had not lowered the nasion these other parts woould not have made a difference. This is why it is so important to get an on the point analysis first. And you can already recognize your doctors aesthetic skills in this first step when he analyzes the weaknesses and suggests what he would do.

Before 3rd Revision rhinoplasty and chin implant
This is my nose after I had already 2 rhinoplasties with surgeons who did not do a good job. Dr. Denenberg made me aware that my nasion was too high, this mainly accounted for my nose looking so prominent. So we decided to lower my nasion as far as possible. I also asked Dr. Denenberg to carve the bridge of the nose slightly to give it a more feminine look. In addition he pushed up the area where the nose meets the upper lip - this area was sagging and added to the overall look of a botched nose. The chin implant added to a more balanced look. Dr. Denenberg told me after the surgery that he tried several sizes of implants during the surgery to find the suitable size.

My nasion needs to be lowered too
I had a chin implant and an upper eye lid lift and the rhinoplasty - all 3 procedures were charged together. Since it was in 2009 I do not remember properly - I will look it up and send you a message to yahoo when I find out! Although my surgery is 9 years ago I am thankful every day when I look in the mirror.

I had two rhinoplasties and my nose was in a very bad shape. Then I found the website of Dr. Denenberg. When reading his tutorials it became clear to me that he really knows all about rhinoplasty and has outstanding skills. We had a consultation with Email exchange and telephone call. From all what Dr. Denenberg wrote and said during this consultation phase it became even clearer that I would be in the best hands possible. So I booked the surgery and my flight from Germany (!) and went to Omaha. The day before the surgery I had a personal consultation with Dr. Denenberg where we agreed on what my wishes are and what would be possible to achieve. The next day the surgery took place and everything went perfect. I had also a blepharosty (perfect result!) and a chin implant (perfect result). I had no pain after the surgery, just my nose feeled like I had a cough which is normal after a rhinoplasty. I stayed one week in Omaha and then the protecting stint was carefully taken off. Tata - there was my new nose! I cried because I was so happy. It is exactly what I wanted and it fits perfect in my face. Even after 8 years Post-op I am grateful every day when I look in the mirror for the fantastic work Dr. Denenberg has performed. I will post later before pictures - have to find them since it is some years ago. But I want to share my extremely positive experience with you.

Third time was a charm for you, I'm very happy for you. I hope I can be so lucky. I'll be getting a 3rd surgery in a few months. :/
Who are you going with for revision?
Eho are you going with for rrvision? I am also trying to find an expert for a third revision
Sorry for the grammar
awesome looking forward to the other before pics-its just a huge ray of hope to see success stories like yours- I'm currently on a journey to get mine fixed ( will be third time)- do you mind to share if they had to use rib or ear or anything? Thanks for your help!
Hi, thank you! No, there was no rib or graft being used. Dr. Denenberg is an artist - look at his website and read the tutorials before your surgery because then you can ask all the important questions to your doctor.
Looks great!! What did you have done???
Thanks for your kind words! I have done: Rhinoplasty, chin implant and blepharoplasty with Dr. Denenberg. All in one surgery - it went perfect! Then upper lip lift with Dr. Kuek in Singapore (in 2016). Also I have filler in my upper and lower lip (done from a doctor specialised on this in Germany)
Yes for revision rhino what did he do? Did he use grafts? If so what kind?
He did not use any grafts, there obviously was enough of my own cartilage left to shape the tip of my nose.
Oh that's great news for you! Wish I was in same position! Own cartilage akways looks better. Congrats and a fantastic result! You look lovely! Natural.
Thank you dear! I do not know anything about grafts but I think in the hands of a skilled doctor they can look great! Wish you all the best!
Thank you, FrankenNose. I hope you have found a good surgeon for the 3rd revision - may I ask who it is? Wish you all the best!
That is so great to hear and thank you to share your experience I'm going to research him and others and God bless you x
Just read the tutorials on Dr. Denenbergs website - then you can see his skills.
