23 Years Old Mother of 1. Very Fit Active Person but in Need of a Breast Augmentation! - Omaha, NE

Im 5' 2" 115 lbs and I am a 32AA cup. Me and my doctor have decided under the muscle imframammary incision 250-300cc implants. Had my first consultation about a month ago and decided it was finally time for me to get them done. My pro-op is tomorrow and I can't wait! Ive been wanting a breast augmentation since I was 16 when I realised they were never going to get any bigger, they were slightly bigger before my son but after breastfeeding they disappeared lol . I have always been very fit, I have been lifting since I was 14 and now I'm a personal trainer! So that's also why I am in need of a breast augmentation because of being so active I have no breast tissue :( but April 27 is my big day and a dream come true

yay today was my pre-op!

Didn't get to see my doctor but that's ok I new that I wouldn't for my pre-op so her nurse talked to me and answered my questions. She was very nice and explained everything very well. We took before pictures and I did a physical.everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease , I just can't wait for my surgery day! The only thing I'm very nervous about is the nurse said she would favor high profile implants on me, but I want very natural looking breasts , I don't want anyone that doesn't know about this surgery to tell I got them done. I don't like the rear round balloon looking breasts. Do you think moderate profile would look better? I'm just back and forth on this idea

48 hours!!!!

I am starting to freak out! Haha in a nervouse excited anxious way ! I have been preparing and making lists of what I need to do and get, and I think I finally have everything! For some reason I am getting a little nervouse about the anesthesia and getting nauseous after the surgery, the surgery itself and the pain doesn't scare me so I was wandering if anyone else felt the same and could share there thoughts? but I would say I am mostly SO EXCITED and ready to be on the other side (so is my husband haha). Wish me luck I have surgery Monday at 1230pm !

Ps here's a wish pick and a couple bras I bought for recovery after my surgery so I will update once my surgery is all done YAY!

dream come true!!

Well guys it's been done I'm on the other side and I couldn't be happier. We used mentor smooth round 300cc implants and I think I'm in lo e with them already! Haven't seen them yet but I can already tell they are what I have been wanting! I will do more of an update once I'm feeling up to par, chest feels very heaving and slightly dizzy but feeling pretty good for the most part :) yay

1day post op :)

Very swollen/bloated and a bit sore but I'm in love with them already! Can't wait to see the ending result!

loving my new girs!!

up date on my recovery! Recovery has been pretty easy. I have been very swollen and my back hurts but my breasts don't hurt at all. The only thing that's bothering me about my breasts is when I take my chest wrap or bra off I can feel them moving lol if that makes since, it's a very strange uncomfortable feeling. I also have some numbness in both Boobs. My left nipple is not numb but my side boob is, and my right nipple is numb but the upper part of my breast isnt, hopefully the feeling will come back soon. The swelling on my breasts have gone down a bit but my stomach is very swollen and is retaining water. YUCK! I'm ready for the ending result already haha if only it was that easy. But for the most part every day is getting a little bit easyer :) I will post more pictures soon!

loving the new additions

I have pictures from 3 days post op and 8 day post op. Went back to work yesterday, wasn't to bad but was a bit sore by the end of the day. Very pleased with my results so far!!

3 weeks 2 days post op

Not much has changed, they move a bit more but still very stiff. The under part of my breast is starting to itch but I'm assuming it's the healing process. I can't say enough how much I love my new breasts!!! Just ready for them to soften up. :)

11 weeks post op

Really Enjoying my new look! I'm much more comfortable and confident in my self as silly as that may sound but knowing what it's like to not have any breasts really sucked and I always had to wear a extra padded bra no matter what I did, so it's really nice to not have to do that anymore! Clothes shopping is so much more fun, everything fits better on me ! Might I add that my husband loves the new look as well ;) lol. I have no complications anymore, everything is back to normal. The only thing with my breasts is that I think my left one might still be a little higher or smaller? It's slowly looking better and better over time but I'm still loving the way they look!! Also my scars are a little higher on my breast than I'd like but I think once the scars fade you won't even notice. Overall I love my new boobies and i don't think any other surgeon could of done a better job than Dr montag! She is an amazing Dr! Thanks for reading :)

11 wks post op :)

Here's some extra photos with clothes on. I am now a 34 C cup

Went to Victoria secret and was sized!! I had no idea lol how wrong of a size I was. I started wearing a 34c because 34 is the smallest band size I could find in my small town but I did know I was a 32 but no one caries that size here?!! Lol well when I traveled to a bigger town that had a Victoria secret they told me I am a whopping 32DD haha I just can't get over that! but it does fit soo good. Thought I would share this to everyone that is thinking about getting a BA. Not that this is a problem just can't get over the fast I went from a 32 AA to a 32DD haha

7 month post op

My breast have really softened up and settled. I am in love with them! Can't believe it's been 7 months since I got them done!
