I changed my life Jan 2009. I started calorie counting and added a walk after work a couple times a week. Almost 4 years later I've lost 90lbs, I attend regular classes and watch what I eat. Everyday I set my mind to celebrate the 80% and don't sweat the 20%. I decided to do the TT so my outside matches my inside.

Thank you! It's been a long road and I still have a long way to go. I am happy as I am but with the extra skin it is becoming increasingly harder to do some of the things I want to do. I like partisan atone in 5Ks and did my first 10K. My body worked so hard against me, I think that was the tipping point to get this extra skin off. I'm totally excited and looking forward to my day;-)

I had my Pre-op physical done yesterday with my family Dr. All went well and they were all pretty happy and excited for me :) Its been a long road so this all seems a little like a dream right now. I keep myself from getting to excited thinking something might happen to make it where I am not able to have the TT done. I have continued to drop a few more lbs which I am really happy about...however its probably from stree LOL anyway as of this morning I am less than 3 weeks away!!

Things are moving in that direction for you good luck and keep us posted. Mine is 11.8. At this point I am calm, but I have already went through the storm getting ready. Congrats on your Weight Loss.

Thanks!!! Wow the 8th is coming up so fast!!! I get calm, then nervous, then calm and nervous again. Lol. Keep us posted. I am excited to hear the reports come in from everyone ahead if me....good or bad.

I know I first booked this in early August and lost 16 lbs, worked out alot so I would have a strong core, VERY IMPORTANT. And now here we are BOOM, I will for sure let you guys know what is on the other side.

A life time of dreaming about this day but then really contemplating if this is really for me started about 3 years ago. Today is the day. I am excited but not overly excited or nervous. I am sure this will start when i get to the doctors office and they start marking me up. My mom is an amazing support. She is truly my best friend and could not do this without her or my husband. Here goes nothing.I am ready to cross over to the flat side.
