I know it's kinda early but I did some comparison photos and I'm very happy with my results so far. I still have swelling but it continues to get better every day. So far I've had 2 follow up appts. My first post-op appt. I felt really vulnerable just coming out of surgery 2 days ado. I did leave my surgeon's office feeling a little rushed and wasn't asked if I had any questions. However my appt this week and all other appts prior to have been really good.
I've returned to work. I'm wearing spanxs instead of my compression garement.
It just keeps getting better and better.

Dr. Foley is a very talented surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I didn't like that he doesn't offer a pre-op appt. with Dr. and I did feel a bit rushed during my post-op appt. However, my consult and second post-op went great. I would recommend Dr. Foley to others because your results will be amazing.

Swelling

Good Morning all. I continue to feel really well. I do notice I get tired quite often and I really am trying to get my rest & take advantage of napping during the afternoon when the house is quite.
I snapped a few pictures after my shower this morning. All I see is swelling. I know it's normal & I I'm told to expect this, but it's pretty frustrating to go through all of this and not see your results. However, I do see pros: I do notice my upper abdominals looking toned and not a lot of loose skin for only having a mini tuck. Cons: my inscision is much bigger than I expected.

Congrats on your mm! I had mine done on the same day you did, and I'm also 5 ft 125 lbs going into surgery. I also get very tired and feel I need to get plenty of rest. I'm still not sleeping all through the night, so that could be why I'm also feeling tired throughout the day. My husband has been wonderful and has bought me nutritional drinks, v8 juices, etc... To help with my energy. He's been a huge help! I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair so my doctor recommends not to shower until the the drains are out. I only have one in and will be going in today to hopefully get my other one out since I'm only producing very little. Just listen to your body and don't overdue it. Happy healings!

The breast lift pain is not bad at all. Nothing is done with the muscle, so It's really not bad. They Just felt sore the first day.

First Shower

It's been two days since my surgery and everything is going well. I'm off my pain medication but I am using essential oils for my recovery and inflammation.
My awesome hubby helped me take my first shower and it felt great! P.s. I do not have any drains with the Mimi TT.
I'm pretty happy how everything is going, although, I do have a lot of swelling in my abdominal area, which I expected, other than that, and needing help unsnapping my garment every time I go to the bathroom. So thankful for my husband taking care of me and everything else in our household.

I'm so impressed sister! I'm very pleased with how low AND short the insition is on tummy!! I can not wait to see how you progress! I'm super proud of you for sharing your story with others that may have similar situations. you've come farther then I could of ever imagined!

Looking great! Are you taking any supplements or eating any specific foods for the inflammation? And kind of a personal question, but any issues with constipation? I had that with my c-sections and that is one of my fears with my upcoming MM

@Bluedaisy713, I'm taking Doterra Essential oils, Oregano is great for iinflammation, I'm also using 2 other oils. I was fortunate and had bm the 2nd day after my surgery, but I haven't been needed my pain meds after the 2nd day. When I wake up I juice using kale, carrots, blueberries & pineapple trying to increase fiber intake also eating Ezekiel bread & pears through out the day. Good luck to you on your upcoming procedure.

Hello there! Your results look wonderful. I too am a doTERRA oil user and I'm wondering if you can tell me what has worked for you? I go in June 3rd for a full TT, implant removal and lift. I would like to implement my oils into my healing process and would love some feedback. Happy healing!
