25 Yr Old Male, Septorhinoplasty, Paranasal Augmentation, and Chin Reduction Performed by Dr. Barry Eppley - Indianapolis, IN

I am glad I did my research and found Dr. Eppley online. I am very happy with my results. The Chin Reduction made the most difference in my appearance and the Septorhinoplasty made a world of a difference on my nose. The Paranasal Augmentation (Implant) created the appearance of the same effect that the Lefort 1 would have, without all the pain and lengthy recovery. I originally went to Dr. Eppley with mid-face/upper jaw deficiency concerns and thought that a Lefort 1 would be the ideal plan of attack, which this was all after I had already gone through Orthodontics. He assured me that there was no sense of wasting more money going through Ortho again, and that the Paranasal Augmentation would create a similar effect and would help fill out the mid-face. He also recommended Cheek (Malar) Implants, but I decided against that at this current point in time. My bite is a class 3, but with slightly tipped upper incisors you cannot really tell. The one negative I would say about the Paranasal Implant is that it changed my smile a bit, in that I am not able to lift upper lip as much (show as much top teeth as I used to be able to), however I am still able to show about half of my top teeth so I am still pleased with the results. Overall, because the implant filled out the area under my nose, I was okay with comprising that for a little less teeth show in my smile.

I would highly recommend Dr. Eppley to anyone that is considering any of these procedures. It's no longer surprising to me that he has people flying in from all over the world to have procedures done.
