Three Days out - Oklahoma City, OK

I am 3 weeks out from my second procedure and I must say I am the most happy I have been in a long time! Halfway between my first and second procedure about 75% of my sweating came back. When I went in for my 2nd procedure apparently I had a couple areas that were not treated. The areas that were treated were not sweating at all! After being treated with level 4 I am not sweating at all. I wore a blue shirt today which would have had a big stain on it did not have one drop of sweat on it! I am excited and I will update in 3 months to give one last update!

My swelling has subsided pretty well. Still have a little bit of tenderness. I have not stopped sweating 100%, but I can tell it has gone down around 70-80%. I did try to wear a colorful button down shirt and it did show some sweat. It wasn't nearly as much as it was pre-mira dry. I still wear a t-shirt under my shirts. I used to have to change my t-shirt during the day. That seems to be a thing of the past. The only time I really sweat is when I am outside in the heat and it does get hot here in Oklahoma. Overall, it seems like everyday I am starting to get to the point where I don't think about sweat which to me is successful! I do know that I need to take off about 15 lbs which I am sure will help my body temperature to not be so hot all the time. Can't wait for second treatment.

I am a 51 year old male. I have had trouble with excessive sweating since I was a teen. I have tried prescription deodorant, and taking prescription meds to completely stop sweating. While the meds did stop me from sweating under my arms, I stopped sweating all over as well. I knew this was not good. My wife found this video on MiraDry about a couple of months ago. I researched it to find out exactly how it worked, side effects, reviews, etc. It seemed like the answer to my prayers. I had the procedure and as everyone else states, the worse part were the shots. I had to have 50 under each armpit. While they did sting in certain areas, it was not overwhelming. I had the normal swelling as everyone else did and today on the 3rd day it has gone down a lot. I am used to wearing a tshirt under my shirts to catch as much of the sweat as I can. Usually I am changing my tshirt about half way through the day. Last night I wore a tshirt and while I did sweat, it was not nearly as bad as usual. I did wear a color shirt just for a test and there was absolutely no sweat on it. As stated, I am only 3 days out so I cannot say yet how much this is going to stop me sweating so I will keep everyone updated. Right now it feels hot under my arms and they feel really clammy. I will have my second treatment in three months and I hope I can have a good report at that time!
