WORTH IT
I'm all healed up and the girls are looking better and better all the time! The right one is still a little more firm than the left. Not sure if that's normal, but I've read that they won't be the same all the time while they are D&F'ing. They're still a little tender at times, but no pain! The T scar going down is still kinda red, but looks to be healing. I wonder how long until it fades? Overall, I feel great, and would do this again in a heartbeat! I feel so much better about myself :).

Scars could be better, could be worse. I still wear at least a sports bra all of the time, even to sleep. I didn't do as good as I should have with the silicone scar adhesives. Last time I seen the Dr, he agreed that my scars could look a lot better and offered to fix them for free whenever I'm ready. Let me rephrase that - no cost in office just being numbed up, and I believe it would be $800 to have it done under anesthesia. I'm hoping one day for a tummy tuck and just do it all then. I'm honestly not in any hurry since me and my hubby are the only ones that see them.

small problem

r_wloveboobs
So, I have a small little opening at the 'T' under my left breast, and I'm so worried about it ! I hope this isn't the beginning of a complication. :( I noticed a red area there a week ago, and emailed a pic to the nurse at my PS office. She said it was ok, not infected, and to keep it dry and no scar gel or silicone sheeting, just gauze to keep clean and dry. Should I be alarmed? Is this ok? Things have gone so well so far. Anyone else have this issue??

It looks like you're spitting a stitch! Mine looked the same way. As soon as he removed the stitch I healed up quickly

I don't feel a stitch there. They said it was something to do with a stitch and that it would heal from the inside out. It did look better this morning. I'm keeping it dry and clean, and wearing gauze in that crease in my bra. Hopefully it heals within a few days!

I had this exact issue with my inverted T! Dr Gonce assured me its normal and mine did heal just fine

Yes, mine is doing better. I look at it every night and morning with a mirror. Thanks for the encouraging words! It's nice to know other ppl have had the same thing and they didn't have any problems healing!

How long did it take yours to heal?

Went through the exact same thing - mine got a lot bigger before it got better - it was really gross. It took some time, but did eventually heal up with no problems.

It's still looking the same. Seems like it's taking forever to heal!!

While I haven't noticed this yet in mine. I have seen this on lots of other feeds. So I agree, normal.

3 weeks post op

r_wloveboobs
It's been 3 weeks today since my lift and implant, and I'm doing better all the time! I have a little bit of a burning/ soreness under the breasts, and a ton of itching all over them, but I guess that's from the healing process. I can finally sleep sort of on my side, with a pillow supporting me. Small victory, but sweet! Can't wait until these drop and fluff! I'm ready to see the final results.
