Okay, stats first! I am 33 years old, married with two school age children. Here are my pre-op measurements:
5'4"
145 lbs
32" rib cage
36" bust
34B
Size 8/10
I carry most of my weight in my hips/butt/thighs. I've never actually been measured for a bra properly. I wear a lot of 36 A/AA but the pictures I'm attaching I'm in a 34B bra. Various online calculators tell me I'm either a 36A or a 32D (bahahahahahahaha) but nothing really fits right. I think that's bc I have no fullness on top. And in a bathing suit I'm just plain flat as a board.
Surgery details:
My surgery is today 8/13/15 at 1:45 pm. I am using Dr. Justin jones in Okc. He comes with great reviews from friends in real life and online reviews. At my consult he did a great job reassuring my husband who was nervous about the health aspects. He listened to what I wanted but tempered that with what could actually work with my body. We are going to use Sientra smooth round silicone under the muscle crease incision with 435 cc's. Sientra calls the profile moderate high which I believe is similar to Mentor's high profile.
I've wanted boobs since I was 10! I kept thinking it would happen by puberty and never did. Then I hoped with kids I might but nope two kiddos later and no boobs. I will say after I turned 30 my metabolism slowed and I gained some weight so I went from a AA to an A... But I'm not about to gain 30 more pounds to get to a B! Lol! My husband and I have been together a decade and I've expressed my desire just about every day. He was initially against it because he loves me how I am (awwww) but he gave in to my whining!
I've attached some before a in a swimsuit and in 34b bras.
I'm over the moon to get my boobs in a few hours! See you on the other side!

They look nice I'm about same stats as you and getting same implants and same cc's 435 my surgery is not till December so how do you like them? Did you have a hard recovery?

I love them! Very round, full, great shape. I didn't get a lot more projection than before but again they are certainly two to three times bigger than I was before. My recovery was very easy. Surgery Thursday afternoon back to work on Monday. Morning boob for maybe two weeks. Overall, super easy recovery. No issues at all.

My surgery was Thursday at 1:45 pm. Everything went smoothly! I had a headache before I even arrived at the Drs office from no food/coffee. They got me back as soon as I arrived; the nurse got the IV in, Dr Jones drew on my chest (I'm very ticklish and I giggled like crazy!). I was walked back to the room and the next thing I knew I woke up with boobs!
My husband drove me home and gave me pain meds and lunch, which cured that headache! The first evening went smoothly. I watch some tv with the hubs, ate dinner. My mom brought the kids home and she and I visited for a while. My bestie also came by and brought me the sweetest get well gift - magazines, candy, double stuffed Oreos, etc. so sweet!
Thursday night I slept okay. I'm a back sleeper so sleeping sorta on my back - at like a 45 degree angle propped up - wasn't awful. But when I woke up Friday... I was stiff!
I went all day Friday without a pain pill just taking ibuprofen. I got up and walked around the house quite a bit - made my own coffee, picked up after the kids, etc. but I didn't overdo it .... I had long rests in between. I also had my post op. The dr and nurse said I look great - high, tight and squished. They said they barely fit 435 in me and my muscle clamped down tight over the implants. Once that muscle relaxes they said I'll look way bigger. Yay!!!!! They taught me some massages and encouraged me to ice. They also said to take vitamins A, C and Zinc.
No visitors on Friday but like I said I stayed moving. My mother in law took the kids for most of the day. But even when they are home they are old enough that they don't need me 24/7.
I slept fantastic Friday night! I woke up today stiff - hello morning boob - but nothing some ice and massages won't work out.
They look bigger yes but super pointy. And you can see what the dr means... They are squished in there. I can't wait for that muscle to relax and let them fluff out!!!

Congratulations!!! You're gonna love them. Dr Jones and his staff are amazing. I'm about two months out and love mine. I loved that they were always changing.

Thanks! His staff was so helpful during the consult and even when I called with follow up questions. So far I like them but am ready for them to drop and fluff! Massage, massage, massage! Yours look great! What size did you start with/measuring now?

Thanks. I was a 32A he put in 375ccs. At VS I'm a 32 DD now. Yes massage a lot. Mine didn't take too long. I'd say by 6 weeks I had dropped pretty nicely. I know I was ready for mine to drop too. They get softer and more movable too.

I know what you mean about tight and looking small. I got my 415 HP Sientra dual plane implants on Friday. Am about your stats: 5'6 #138 36/34B. I just want my muscles to loosen up so they can look like their true size. Right now I'm thinking they look a bit too small and a bit too far apart. I guess that's cause my muscles are smashing them down though. Hang in there. Happy healing!

Happy healing to you too! Congrats on your new additions ;). I had very little tissue before and super perky boobs... So I think that makes the muscle and skin super tight over the implant. Massage, massage, massage!

I know what you mean about looking small. I think mine look small now too but I think in the long term they will be bigger; once the muscle loosens up! Are you massaging?
