I've been lurking on the site for a month now and thought I would go ahead and post. I love how supportive all the women are with each other! My stats:
- 5'10"
- 195lbs
- breast fed twice for 3 months each
- current size 36b (I wear padded bras all the time)
- goal size is DDish (I want them pretty and proportionate to my body)
- surgery scheduled with Dr. Silverstein in okc

I was just joking about how many boobs I've looked at over the past few months. I hope no one ever looks at my search history! Thought I would share some of my wish pics. Most are from Realself...so thank you ladies for sharing! During my consult, my dr recommended 400cc. I live out of state so my pre-op was the same day. On the morning of surgery, we will look at wish pics again and make the final decision regarding size. I feel like I have realistic expectations. None of the women below are my height, weight or started with the same amount of breast tissue. So I certainly don't expect to look just like them. But, if I got to hand select my final look...these would be it!

Thought you might enjoy this forum for tall women getting breast implants. It sounds like all your great research will pay off with great results. Good luck and can't wait to see your results!

You could also check out Instagram, tumblr, google images, or Pinterest--Pinterest had more info then pix. Your sx would be the day after my post op unveiling...I'm bandaged up lol.

Nerves setting in?

Spent the morning cleaning and packing. Now that the work week is done for me, I think nerves are starting to kick in. My stomach is sure unhappy!! Just a few more days and then it's time to catch up on naps and Netflix.

go bigger. i am 5'6 and about 185 and had 600 hp last month all they did was give me fullness not much projection with ur height and weight i don't believe 400 would do anything for u, i know 600 or 700 sounds like a lot but you've got to take ur weight/height into the factor i wish i would've gone 700 or 800

I am 5'5 and 205 and I am getting 700ccs on the 28th. I am just a thick girl. I am usually a 40c and I currently have 355 and 375 in now. And I am barely a C. You have to forget the ccs and go with what looks good for your body type. I wish you all the luck and post pics !!!!! See you on the big booby side!

i totally agree nicole cc's are way 'overthought' when u have a taller body, thicker build and broad shoulders 400's wouldnt begin to do a thing for us. i contemplated 500 for awhile. its harder to find someone with our build on this site. most of the women are below 150 and 400 and 500 look great on them. like i said earlier my gut told me 700 and instead panicked went with 600 and all i got was 'fullness' instead of fullness and projection. im already 50 so not sure if i'll b replacing anytime soon (surgery was a month ago) but with them being under the muscle i would love to go back and do 700. you do lose quite a bit of projection under the muscle i dont care what any one says its true!
