WORTH IT$4,500
My implants are almost a week old. I have very little bruising, and my range of motion in my arms is almost normal. The main things I'm having trouble with are opening/closing heavy doors and sleeping on my stomach. As you can see, my implants have dropped very little.

Like many women on here, I have considered breast augmentation for many years. I have received a lot of flak over my lack of breast for many years, but I finally felt like I was at the right point in my life to do this. I am almost 42, I have a good career, an almost grown child and an incredibly supportive boyfriend. He made me feel confident in this decision without feeling pressured at all.
I am 5'6" and weigh 125. Prior to my BA, I was a 34A, but the cups were by no means filled up. I could not wear a lot of VS bras because I was not large enough. I had a 340cc HP implant placed in my left breast and a 400cc HP implant placed in my right breast. There was at least a 50cc difference in symmetry between my breasts. My implants are Natrelle silicone.
I am not quite 48 hours post-op, and I'm feeling great. I am not sure my case is typical, but I've had zero trouble to this point. Immediately after my procedure I went to dinner. I was able to walk around, do things for myself and bathe myself from the waist down the night of the procedure. My range of motion in my arms was somewhat limited, but today I am able to lift my arms over my head. I only require one dose of pain medication at night, and that's more for my back than my breasts. My pecs are a bit tight, but they are not really painful. I have read this pressure being compare to milk coming in. That's a very accurate comparison. There is more pressure than pain.
I have iced my breasts 20 minutes every two hours as instructed. My massages started hourly the first night. I will add two more massages tomorrow.
I have slept laying down in bed both nights. I did add an extra pillow, but I sleep and am able to sit up just fine. I think the key to sitting and standing up is to learn to use your core and your legs. Just keep your arms down so you don't try to use them.
I will post pictures later. I did not really seem them the first day, but my boyfriend said he noticed them dropping from the first day to the second. I noticed they have dropped between days two and three.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. I might not be able to answer them, but I'll certainly try.

Ckoe39,
I'll try to post my pics tonight. As far as recovery, I don't think it could have been any easier. I am a side sleeper, so sleeping on my back has not been fun. As far as the rest of it, it has been so easy. My pecs are still pretty tight, so my breasts are very boxy. I have full range of motion in my arms, and have since day two or three. Opening and closing doors is hard/hurts, by that's it! I have very little bruising and no pain other than irritated incisions.
