VS Bras (not padded to lightly padded) Plus Strength Training & Yoga

WORTH IT
I have two more of my VS bra pics to share! One is what I call are lightly lined, as in a third of each outer breast is "covered", and the other is not lined at all. They are simple, and yet sexy in their traditional bra sense. Again, the wire seems to be distracting throughout the day. I can't wait to shop for bras specifically made for projecting boobs!
Let's talk about fitness! Not only are primary chest movements in strength training causing a new sensation, but my return to yoga has, too. Some back exercises cause the awkward feeling of lateral displacement, similar to chest workouts. It's like my implants are involuntarily moving away from their centers/towards the outer ribs/arm pits! Sometimes it feels like my crease is tucking underneath and lifting my girls upwards. Since this is not normal, I am learning to accept this feeling, but error on the side of caution with the amount of weight that is used in lifting or body weight activities. I will continue working my arms, shoulders, and back, and am limiting the amount of chest muscles used to prevent future complications. This is a struggle, as I have always worked on balancing my workouts. Now, in yoga, I have no choice but to push off from the floor in plank, low plank/Chaturanga Dandasana, and even up-dog. The feelings I get in these poses are the same as weight lifting. But, when I am face down, in prone position to rest, it feels as though there is a ball filled with air in front of each breast that is keeping me from relaxing. It's like the ball from barre class is resting under my chest X2! So, I draw my shoulders towards the floor and engage my core to help support my girls.
I wish I could talk with more people who have had submuscular BAs to understand their experiences and what they have done to 'cope' with their new girls. I have gone so long without big boobs, that I am learning to accept them and work with what I can do. Being present and in the moment...
Sports bra pics are coming in a few weeks!!!

I dont work out much, but I have the same issues with flexing. Its probably flex animation deformity. My doc said it could get better as my muscles continue to relax, but I'm not counting on it for myself. I never read about it pre ba, but I've noticed quite a few girls deal with after surgery. Also, your comment about the bras and how you can get the same size and they got so differently is one of my biggest frustrations with vs!!! Especially since they dont carry much in my size in store. I return a lot to them! Lol
I have found a lingerie store that sells Natori bras that fit BA chests so well that I purchased several. Those are worn as my daily bras.
Thank you so much for all your posts and pictures!!! Esp in bikinis!!
We are the same height and weight. Preboobs look very very similar. I’m having a hard time deciding on 445/470 but I’m leaning more toward 445 now. Your boobs are perfect!
Would you stay with the size you chose or go 470?

Nearly 5 Months with VS Bras

I have Victoria's Secret bras in both 32DDD/G70 and 34DD/F75. My favorite bra in both comfort and appearance under my tops is the T-shirt Lightly Lined Wireless! I have it in black and nude, and rotate them most often. The wired bras seem to cut into my ribs, as the gore is not flush against my sternum/between my breasts. More uploads of VS bra pics that are not padded to lightly padded in the coming days!

I did not think about sports bras before the augmentation. If I have any old pics, I'll upload them with a comparison. Most of my old sports bras do not fit well, as they are now filled with under-boob! I have added body fat since my procedure, with little loss since. That does have some influence on my sizing. This will change.

I have not had the opportunity to visit a store that carries bras for augmented breasts.

You look good. I hear you on the bra front. Hard to find cup/band ratio that don’t end up pointing outwards. I’m so afraid not to wear one though, (that my boobs might drop too low) I’ve been wearing the wireless with a sports bra or bralet over the top.

Almost 5 Months

It's been several months since my last update! My PS suggested I move to supportive bras, from the seamless and the lace bralettes, to normal bras. There is no need to continue daily massages, as my girls are where they need to be. He mentioned I could even wear a t-shirt braless! Of course, I would only do that at home!!! LOL! I can do short 3-5 repetition massages to ensure my upper pole/pocket is in good condition, in 1 shower session maybe once a week, but it is not frequently necessary. To my surprise, I am sized up to a 32DDD/34DD, in Victoria's Secret bras!!! I have stocked up on several sale-item bras, for now. The majority of my expensive sports bras are either too snug or simply do not fit at all. Based on researching several websites, I have learned VS bras are not effectively manufactured for SRX UHP-type 'girls'. So, I am planning to search for special brands at lingerie specialty stores this summer. Never have I felt so excited to search for bras as I am, now!
I will try to post as many pictures as I can each night. There are many pictures in this "Almost 5 Months" update!!! Thanks for your posts, support, and responses!!!

You look great! I too have UHP and am only wearing sports bra. If you do find a brand that’s tailored to our babies, please share! :)
