33 y/o, 2 kids, 4'10", 115lbs, 355 cc round smooth Sientra MHP

Im a size 32A and I've pretty much have had saggy boobs for half my life. I had my daughter at the age of 16 which happens to have been 17 years ago. I can't even remember what my breast looked like prior to giving birth. But i do remember how awful it made me feel to have saggy boobs while most teenage girls and young women still had perky nice boobs. 11 years later, at the age of 27 i had my second child. I did not notice any change in my breast after having another child thank goodness for that. With me being in the ARMY i felt like i needed to wait until i got out of the military to get a BA done because i didn't want them to get in my way i.e.... training, rucking, running etc.. But now i feel different about it. Im ready and I'm not getting any younger, besides I'm not even sure when or even if i am getting out.

So i scheduled my consult with Dr. Jones for July 10th and i have also scheduled the surgery for July 30th. I know i probably should've waited until after i met with my PS for the first time to schedule the surgery and pay a 500 dollar deposit but....I had read nothing but great things about him and his schedule is booked like 6+ weeks out at all times. Waiting until after the consult would have been a conflict with my schedule.

Even though I've done tons of research I'm not sure how big i would like to be. I know that the bigger i am the harder it'll be for me to do my job. Plus I'm very short lol... I haven't came across that many photos of women who are my height and weight. So that makes it more difficult for me to visualize at this point. So I've decided to not go to my consult with my mind set stuck on one thing. The only thing i do know is that i want them to be ROUND lol.. I love that unnatural look. Other than that I'm going to let my PS school me on everything and tell me his opinion and then let him work his magic.

My consult went very smoothly. Dr. Jones and his staff were very kind and perfessional. The office was very clean and nicely set up. I arrived 30 mins early and was seen right away. I watched a video on breast augmentation and then Dr Jones came in to see me and asked a few questions on what i expected and to walk me through what my consult was going to be like. He then left the room so i could take my shirt off and have a staff member take my measurements and to try on sizers.

Ladies, you do not have to bring in a sports bra or shirt because they provide that for you. I liked how the 400cc looked on me so thats what i went with. I also found out that my breast are not the same size.. Who knew??? I sure didnt lol... When i was done choosing the size, Dr Jones came back in and looked at my measurements and the size i choose and decided i could go 405cc Smooth round Sientra HP on the left breast and either 335cc or 355cc on the right (he will decide during surgery ). I am also having the incision done under the breast.

I paid in full while i was there and had my prescriptions given to me. My surgery is scheduled for July 30th. I also got a Doctors note with my limitations and how much time i need off of work. Since Im in the military i needed that to request leave. Ladies if you are in the military, he also gives you a military discount :)

So i got nervous about getting 405cc with such a small frame so i called and got it changed to 355cc. I feel much better now. I also found out that Sientra change the name of the style implants so i will be getting smooth round "moderate high" profile which was previously called "high profile".
