Thank you for your encouraging words. Good luck with TCA. I have had two or three and they seem to help.

Hi, Many thanks for pics and info; you helped me a lot girl! I am going to cancel my infini appointment next week. I see after several opinions here that it is not worth pain and money. I did in past fraxel restore - the one which does not damage the surface of the skin! My skin was swollen and red after first treatment for 2-3 days, and later with nice lifting effect. I had similar scars to yours and they improved a lot. I did 3 treatments over 2 years time! Realy, it was enough. My doctor warned me not to take it too often since skin needs time to recuperate. I did all 3 treatments without anesthesia or pain killers. My doctor claimed that some creams reduce pain but also diminish work of the fraxel. I t was painful but worth it. I think I will wait till Autumn to repeat fraxel! I have only one worry: I lost some 'fat' in face after fraxel. I am not quite sure (it can be diet?) but I got nicer, thinner, subtle face but it means that wrinkles can appear more visible?

Did the indentations ever go away? I had the same treatment at the same place and 1 year later my skin is ruined. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made.

Disappointed

Unless some kind of miracle happens while the Infini does its thing I am extremely disappointed. I met with the nurse yesterday and got the whole 'yeah it takes a while' and 'you may need another treatment' as she was running out the door. Funny how people act after you have already paid and received service.

Just to do my due diligence I may have another Infini treatment after 6 months since that's what everyone says a best for acne scarring.

I don't even feel like my scarring is bad RELATIVE to people with bad acne scars. If I feel so hopeless about this I could only imagine how they feel.

I really think changes of skin quality should be judged in 3 month intervals. I know that's hard to do because you see yourself in the mirror on a daily basis, but skin remodeling is just.. slow. That being said, your scars appear to be pretty mild which is why changes might be less obvious than someone with deeper scars. Also, the general consensus around here is that you need at least 3 Infini treatments every 4-6 weeks to see dramatic results. So I wouldn't wait 6 months to get another one done, if your funds will allow it.

Waiting is hard! I'm going to get some pictures taken at the three month mark and maybe get another opinion. They wanted to wait at that office to do one until six months for some reason.

you need several session to have a good result.

I did 2 sessions (sept 2016 and Nov 2016) and still waiting to see my result :( it has some improvements and I'm getting my before after pictures from doctor this weekend as I was expecting more ... :D

I would think you would see the full results by now, at least starting to anyways. I feel like there is a lot of hype with this procedure and people are being mislead by the number of sessions that may be necessary. Idk

I'll see if I can post my before and after pictures after I get them

I don't mean to be negative, but frankly, your results are horrible. I don't know why you gave your doctor five stars.

I rated right after my procedure before you could see the results. I do like the Dr but I would definitely rate my experience differently now.

Two weeks

So I just started wearing make up a few days ago. You can see in my pictures the scars between my brows and on my cheek, the others are mostly still there. My skin is pretty dry right now from using Ziana (retin A and Clyndomycin) so it may appear worse than if I was moisturized but still, they are clearly there. I hope it continues to improve. I scheduled a facial next week and will be meeting with the nurse afterwards. I'm getting my routine botox in a few weeks. I have been considering getting a small amount of filler in my lips, any suggestions!?

Your lips don't need filler. They look like the lips other people would want after fillers. Please don't get them any bigger, it will look fake and plastic.
