I've put on weight since my surgery AND my breasts have been healing wonderfully and have settled some into a more natural shape. I'm a little disappointed at how large they look, although they are healing great!

you look they same as me before and after I still feel that I am a bit too big but I can go into shops and just pick up any top that I want 3 dress sizes smaller than I used to, I am finding it hard to get a bra to fit though I just cannot figure out what size I am and I have rolls left under my arms I am not happy with that and one is bigger than the other, but they have gotten smaller since the first few weeks and settled into a nice natural shape I am for 5 months on, and hope you too will continue to heal well, look forward to see some more pics in a few months time

I also wanted to be much smaller like B but my PS explained to me that if he make me a B I may suffer nerve damage coz I need certain amount of tissue for blood supply and if he make me very small I will regret it for the rest of my life and his reputation will be on line and I trust his judgement and m happy coz m no more dat big and I can wear things I was unable to wear

I accidentally titled yesterday's photo 7 days post op, but today is actually the week mark after my BR surgery. Here are a couple of photos to show what a difference a day can make! My pain levels have varied from day to day so much. Yesterday I had a ton of stinging and nerve zaps in the nipples, and a lot of pressure from swelling to the point that I had to put my much-hated surgical bra on over a tank top to sleep comfortably and keep my breasts from feeling like they were going to pop at the incisions!

Thanks, girl! I am happy with the results, but it is a drag not being able to be as active as I was. Did you have a reduction too?
