I am more in love!! The girls have settled more and look even more natural. Nobody can look at me and tell I had surgery.
Dr. Gonce did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with my results and would recommend him!!

It's been a little over 5 1/2 months and I've settled to a 34DD very nice. I love how natural they look and feel. My husband and I went to a resort for our anniversary last month that had topless optional pool. While there we saw many sets of breast implants that were obvious and had a very fake look... Not mine.. They are soft, they move. My doctor did such a fabulous job. I love my new silhouette, the way my clothes fit, my confidence. I feel so much better with how I look.

At this point, I think the 'drop & fluff' has completed and I'm happy with the final result. They look natural and I'm so glad I went with silicone over Saline.
Bra sizing has been interesting... I did a bra fitting and I measured at a 30F. I've purchased 3 bras since surgery, each a different size yet all 3 fit. I'll have to try on my bra's whereas before, I just grabbed my size and threw it in the cart.
I love them.... My confidence has soared. I love being able to fill out a top, a dress, bikini..

I am very pleased with my results from Dr. Gonce and his staff was very helpful and friendly. I went in for my breast augmentation consultation on April 25th wanting 450-500cc, which was unrealistic for my body size. I went with 415cc and it was the largest I needed to go. I'm very happy with my results so far. I still have more "drop & fluff" time to go but I'm seeing the progress daily. My recovery has been great! I had surgery on Thursday and we drove back to Dallas the next day and I returned to work the following Monday.
