had an anchor lift with 600 cc under the muscle! Love them! have no regrets with getting the lift. I had very delated C/D breasts after 2 babies and 70 lbs weight loss and with the anchor lift it made my boobs very perky! Love that I went 600cc any smaller and I would of been disappointed. Was back to working out 3 weeks post op
