Ideal Image is Not What I Received - Ohio

I have been going to Ideal Image got laser hair removal as well as Botox for years. While there I saw the literature for Cool Sculpting. I at that time purchased 6 areas to be "perfected". I am 5'4" and about 140 pounds. I work out and I watch what I eat, but the older I get, the harder it is to lose the problem areas. What I found was that I was there for over 10 hours and the nurse who was performing the procedure did not have a lot of practice. At one point the receptionist had to come in and assist while I laid there in my paper underwear. Twice the machine ever came undone. I left with the redness, tenderness, and mild discomfort that most people have. I expected this. A few days later, I found out I was one of the few who had the nerve issues. I was in severe pain and discomfort. I was unable to sleep and wore ice packs all day. From the point at which I had my procedure done I swelled and that swelling had never gone down. My body began retaining water and I am now larger than when I went in. I will say to anyone DO NOT GO TO IDEAL IMAGE! If this procedure is what you want, then by all means, do it. Have it done by a Dr. Who knows the patient and will work with you through the entire experience. Ideal Image ID out to make money and does not have all of their staff trained. I was told by the sales girl that I had just gotten fat over the next few months. I can't get anyone to address my concerns and they had told me that if I was not happy with the results I would not be paying for them. They all clearly agreed the procedure did not work on me and that they had never seen results/reactions like this before. They still however will not work with me for a more fair outcome. The last contact I had was with a Dr. Who said I could purchase another round of treatments and recommended I see my primary doctor for their opinion and from a manager who said they would call me back Friday, and never did. This has been the most unprofessional experience of my life and I now look worse than when I went in. Please be very careful who you see for procedures and make sure you trust them. Lesson learned. I still have purchased Botox and laser treatments yet do not want to ever walk back in there after the way I was treated. I can't express to others enough that Ideal Image Is Not A Good Option. Please share my story so others do not have to go through what I am going through.
